Research on the psychological drivers affecting employees’ work engagement is insignificant and scare. Psychological capital and ethical work climate are two important of those drivers that their impact on work engagement haven’t been investigated yet. The aim of this study is to investigate psychological capital and ethical work climate effect on employees’ service behavior by the mediating role of employees’ work engagement. The statistical population of this study includes 7000 employees of National Iranian Oil Product Distribution Company. 394 employees were the minimum sample which their data were collected from 397 employees by questionnaires. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to data analysis. Results showed that psychological capital and ethical work climate have direct and significant effect on employees’ work engagement. Also results showed their effects on service behavior. Finally, work engagement effect on employees’ service behavior was confirmed. Managers by improving employees’ work engagement can have significant effect on employees’ service performance and employees by providing high quality services can quarantine customers satisfaction, benefit for stakeholders and business survive. Managers and business owners especially in service sector can improve work engagement through creating and developing ethical climate in business and through emphasizing on workers psychological derivers by education.

هدف از این پژوهش پیش بینی درگیری کاری معلمان بر اساس ساختار سازمانی با نقش میانجی پتانسیل انگیزشی شغلی در مدارس بشاگرد بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس بشاگرد (322) بود. 175 نفر از معلمان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه پژوهش و بررسی های تحقیق را تکمیل و برند. ابزار تحقیق شامل انواع ساختار سازمانی ترک زاده و محترم (2013)، نتیجه بالقوه انگیزش شغلی واگنر (1996) و درگیری کاری شاوفلی و باکرز (2003) بود که پس از ارزیابی پایایی و روایی آن را توزیع و جمع آوری کرد. نتایج نشان داد که ساختار سازمانی توانمندساز با نقش میانجی پتانسیل انگیزشی شغلی پیش بینی کننده مثبت و معنادار درگیری شغلی معلمان است. ولی، ساختار سازمانی مانع، پتان انگیزشی شغلی و درگیری کاری معلمان را پیش بینی نمی کند. علاوه بر این، از نظر معلمان، نوع ساختار غالب در مدارس بشاگرد مانع است. همچنین پتانسیل انگیزشی شغلی و درگیری کاری مدارس بشاگرد در حد متوسط است. این پژوهش به سیستم های آموزشی آموزشی می کند تا با بهبود ساختار سازمانی توانمند در مدارس و نتایج در نتیجه ایجاد بسترهای انگیزشی بیشتر در بین آنها، زمینه توسعه کار معلمان را فراهم کند. در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد مدارس در سطح کلان مطرح می شود. نوع ساختار غالب در مدارس بشاگرد مانع است. همچنین پتانسیل انگیزشی شغلی و درگیری کاری مدارس بشاگرد در حد متوسط است. این پژوهش به سیستم های آموزشی آموزشی کمک می کند تا با بهبود ساختار سازمانی توانمند در مدارس و نتایج در نتیجه ایجاد بسترهای انگیزشی بیشتر در بین آنها، زمینه توسعه کار معلمان را فراهم کنند. در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد مدارس در سطح کلان مطرح می شود. نوع ساختار غالب در مدارس بشاگرد مانع است. همچنین پتانسیل انگیزشی شغلی و درگیری کاری مدارس بشاگرد در حد متوسط است. نتایج این پژوهش به مدیران نظام آموزشی کمک می کند تا با بهبود ساختار سازمانی توانمند در مدارس و در نتیجه ایجاد بسترهای انگیزشی بیشتر در بین آنها، زمینه توسعه مشارکت کاری معلمان را فراهم کنند. در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد مدارس در سطح کلان مطرح می شود. زمینه را برای توسعه مشارکت کاری معلمان فراهم می کند. در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد مدارس در سطح کلان مطرح می شود. زمینه را برای توسعه مشارکت کاری معلمان ارائه می کند. در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد مدارس در سطح کلان مطرح می شود.

A large body of research has investigated the role of motivational strategy use in EFL learners’ language achievement, teachers’ work engagement, and creativity. However, there have been very few studies on EFL teachers’ status quo of these variables and the correlation among them. This study was an attempt to investigate the Iranian EFL teachers’ status quo regarding these variables and to explore the correlation among them. To this end, 100 Iranian EFL teachers of both genders were selected. To explore the objectives of this study, the Motivational Strategy Use Questionnaire, Creativity Style Questionnaire, and Work Engagement Scale Questionnaire were employed. Data were analyzed through t-tests and multiple regression. Results revealed that EFL teachers have acceptable levels of motivational strategies usage, work engagement, and creativity. The results of Multiple regression analysis proved a statistically significant relationship between motivational strategy use and creativity in the classroom and no significant relationship was found between motivational strategy use and teachers’ work engagement. Teachers’ gender was found to have no contribution to teachers’ work engagement, creativity, and motivational strategies usage. This study has theoretical and practical implications for teachers.
Prediction of Psychological Well-being based on the Perceived Authentic Leadership Style and Work Engagement in the Employees of Factory

One of the important methods to increase organizational virtue is leadership, and leadership can increasingly be considered as a role to create differences, so among the theories that have been proposed to inspire and apply organizational virtue is the theory of authentic leadership. May it be considered the newest and most complete leadership approach that has been proposed in recent years. The purpose of this research is to prediction psychological well-being based on the perceived authentic leadership style and work engagement in the employees of Hablex factory in Qods Razavi province. The statistical population of the present research will include the employees of Hebelx factory in Astan Quds Razavi, whose number is 96 people. This research was descriptive type and correlation base,. The total sample society 77 persons selected by Cochran formula. To measure the research variables, three questionnaires deployed as below: psychological well-being (Ryff), work engagement (UTRECHT) and authentic leadership (Avolio). At the inferential level, the multivariate regression method was used to test the hypotheses. The results of the research showed that psychological well-being can be predicted based on the perceived authentic leadership style and job enthusiasm in the employees of Hablex factory in Qods Razavi province.
Work Engagement in Online Instructional Settings: Unveiling Iranian EFL Teachers’ Perspectives and Experiences(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Since teachers’ perceptions of work engagement can strongly shape their engagement level, it is imperative to explore how teachers perceive this construct and its associated dimensions. With this in mind, some researchers have evaluated teachers’ beliefs and attitudes towards this notion. Notwithstanding this, to the authors’ knowledge, no study has examined language teachers’ viewpoints on this variable and its significance in online EFL classes. To bridge these gaps, this phenomenological study explored Iranian EFL teachers’ perceptions and experiences of work engagement and its value in online English courses. To this aim, using the purposive sampling strategy, a total of 21 EFL teachers were chosen from different state, private, and non-profit universities in Iran. To obtain the required data, all participants were invited to complete an open-ended questionnaire. To reach more comprehensive data, from among the 21 participants, nine willingly took part in a 20-minute interview session. Results obtained from content analysis revealed that Iranian EFL teachers considered work engagement as a complex variable with four related dimensions of emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social engagement. The results also indicated that Iranian teachers perceived work engagement as an important professional behavior that results in increased academic achievements, professional advancement, improved teaching quality, and strong teacher-student rapport. Hence, education leaders and teacher educators should support Iranian EFL teachers in enhancing work engagement dimensions to improve professional growth and teaching quality.
The Relationship Between Active Work Behaviors, Transformational Leadership Style, and work Engagement: The Mediating Role of Innovation Culture(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Objectives: The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between active work behaviors, transformational leadership style, and work engagement of vocational school teachers with the mediating role of innovation culture using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Methods & Materials: This research is applied and correlational. The study population consisted of teachers of vocational school in Urmia city during the academic year 2021-2022, totaling 309 individuals. A sample of 200 teachers was selected using stratified random sampling and Cochran's formula. The data were collected using the Zopiatis et al. work engagement questionnaire (2014), Tornau and Ferse's active work behaviors scale (2013), Bass and Avolio's transformational leadership style scale (1995) and Dobni's innovation culture scale (2008). The validity and reliability of the instruments were confirmed. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data using SPSS and AMOS24 software. Results: In this study, a model of relevant variables affecting work engagement was examined. The findings showed that innovation culture and active job behaviors have a direct, positive, and significant effect on work engagement. The direct effect of active job behaviors, transformational leadership style on innovation culture is positive and significant. Moreover, the mediating roles of innovation culture on work engagement were confirmed. Active job behaviors, transformational leadership style, affect work engagement through the mediating variable of positive and meaningful innovation culture. Conclusions:The findings highlighted the importance and role of active job behaviors and transformational leadership style in increasing work engagement of vocational school’s teachers through innovation culture
