Abstract purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of therapeutic reality on decreasing Emotional Disorders of Emotional Divorce Women. Method: The research method was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design, control and follow-up group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all women referring to counseling centers of Tehran in 1395 in 150 people who were emotionally divorced according to Gateman's 1998 emotional divorce questionnaire and 30 of them were randomly selected and replaced with random assignment and age matching in two groups (experimental and control group). Both groups responded to a difficult questionnaire as posttest for excitement regulation by Graz and Roemer (2004) after answering both groups a difficult questionnaire as posttest for excitement regulation by Graz and Roemer as a Pre-test and 8 Session selection Teaching Theory for the experimental group. The research was analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance. Results: The use of bonferroni post hoc test showed that the implementation of the independent variable led to a decrease in the mean of emotional non-ordering components including: Emotional responses rejection (p<0.05, SE-1.569, ∆x̄ - 4.380), difficulty in conducting purposeful behavior (p <0.01, SE = 9.68, ∆x̄ = 7.281) difficulty in impulse control (p<0.01, SE = 0.814, ∆x̄ =8.900 ) lack of emotional awareness(p<0.01, SE = 1.140, ∆x̄ =12.347 ) limited access to emotion regulation strategies(p<0.01, SE = 1.140, ∆x̄ =12.347 ) the lack of clarity of emotion in the experimental group compared to the control group(p<0.01, SE = 0.691, ∆x̄ =2.904 ).

This research was conducted to compare the effectiveness of reality therapy and emotion-oriented therapy on the symptoms of love trauma in women with love failure. This study was a type of applied and quasi-test research using the pre-test-post-test plan with a follow-up test. The statistical population of the research was all the people who were referred to Aramandish and Chaman clinics in Tehran in 2022, 45 people were selected as a statistical sample based on purposeful sampling. 15 people were in group experiment 1 (reality therapy), 15 people were in experiment 2 (excitement) and 15 people were in the control group. The data collection tool was Love Trauma Inventory (LTI), Rosse (1999). Data analysis was done through the analysis of variance tests with repeated measures. The findings showed that reality therapy and emotion-oriented intervention have a significant effect on the symptoms of emotional failure. The results also showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups of experiments 1 and 2 (reality therapy and emotional therapy). Therefore, it can be concluded that both reality therapy and emotion-oriented interventions can be used for emotional failure syndromes.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the effects of reality therapy on improving psychological capital and sense of cohesion among Iranian Patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Method: This study was performed in Tehran in 2021. Sampling was employed to select 36 participants who completed the Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Sense of Cohesion Scale in the pretest, posttest, and onemonth follow-up stages. The participants of the experimental group underwent eight weekly 90-minute sessions to receive the online reality therapy; However, the control group received no intervention. Results: Data analysis showed a significant difference in psychological capital and sense of cohesion in the experimental group compared to the control group (P< 0/05). There was a significant difference in three subscales of psychological capital (i.e., self-efficacy, resilience, and hope) and two subscales of the sense of cohesion (i.e., perceptibility and controllability) in Patients with MS in the experimental group (P <0.05), but no significant difference in optimism (a subscale of the psychological capital) and significance (a subscale of sense of cohesion) (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Due to the effects of reality therapy on patients with multiple sclerosis, this psychological therapy can be employed to improve the psychological capital and sense of cohesion.

Methods: The present study was semi-independent in terms of its purpose, application, and research method. It utilized a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design with a control group. Among the addicts referred to the Paris addiction treatment center in Tehran in 1400, 45 individuals were randomly selected through a lottery and assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. The first experimental group received 8 sessions of reality therapy combined with compassion-based therapy, while the second experimental group received 8 sessions of reality therapy alone. The control group did not receive any intervention. Data collection involved the use of Antonoski's Psychological Coherence Scale (1993) in its short form, Sanson et al.'s Self-Destruction Questionnaire (1998), and Smets et al.'s Fatigue Questionnaire (1996). Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 24 software and repeated measurements analysis of variance (ANOVA).Results: The results of the research demonstrated that both compassion-based therapy and reality therapy significantly contributed to the improvement of psychological coherence, reduction of self-destruction behaviors, and alleviation of fatigue in substance abusers. In other words, individuals who participated in either compassion-based therapy or reality therapy experienced increased psychological coherence and decreased tendencies towards self-harm and fatigue. However, no significant difference was found between the two therapy groups in terms of their impact on the studied variables.
