چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ابعاد شخصیتی و رفتاری حاج قاسم سلیمانی با توجه به شاخص های فرماندهی و شناسایی ابعاد وجودیشان از طریق سیمای جمهوری اسلامی از منظرصاحب نظران حوزه علوم رفتاری پرداخته شده است. روش: این پژوهش به صورت مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختار یافته و مطالعه کیفی در مورد ویژگی های شخصیتی و رفتاری سردار حاج قاسم سلیمانی با استناد به کلیپ های سازمان صدا و سیمای کشور و اظهار نظرات مخاطبان و همچنین 11 نفر از صاحب نظران حوزه ی روانشناسی و علوم رفتاری که عضو سازمان نظام روانشناسی کشور هستند (6 زن و5 مرد)، با میانگین سنی 5/38 و با مدرک تحصیلی دانشجوی دکتری گرد آوری شده است. یافته ها: شاخص های شناسایی شده در دو محور فردی و اجتماعی به ترتیب اولویت شامل: فردی: خدا محوری تعبد و اخلاص، اخلاقی بودن، شجاعت، روحیه مقاومت، ولایت مداری، شهادت طلبی، گذشت و ایثار، فروتنی و ساده زیستی، شخصیت فوق العاده تأثیرگذار (کاریزماتیک)، اعتماد به نفس، مثبت اندیشی،چابکی، هوش هیجانی بالا ،سازماندهی رفتاری مناسب. اجتماعی: فرامرزی بودن و روحیه همدلی داشتن، مردمی بودن و فارغ از هر جناح سیاسی بودن، شوخ طبعی، قابل قبول و قابل احترام بودنِ جمعی، مهارت مذاکره و دستگیری از نیازمندان نتیجه گیری: شناسایی ابعاد شخصیتی افراد بزرگی مانند شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی برای جامعه ی اسلامی ایران جزو موارد مهم و ضروری می باشد و باید با حفظ و آموزش چنین ویژگی های ارزشمندی به نسل های آینده ی سرزمین عزیزمان ایران کوشا بود. تولید محتوا در این خصوص می تواند الگوی مناسبی برای سایر افراد جامعه باشد.Semiotics and Symbolism of Martyr Suleimani's Personality
Aim: The present paper seeks to review Hajj Qasim Suleimani's personality and behavioral dimensions with regard to indexes and indicators of commanders and identify his existential dimensions through IRIB based on the views of experts in behavioral sciences. Method: The paper uses a semi-structured interview method and a qualitative study of Commander Hajj Qasim Suleimani's behavioral and personality traits based on clips made in IRIB, audiences' view points, and eleven (six females and five males) experts of psychology and behavioral science who are members of Psychology and Counseling Organization Of Iran and Ph.D. students with the average median age of 38.5. Findings: The identified indexes and indicators have been divided into personal and social ones in order of priority. Personal indexes include God-oriented sincerity and devotion, having morals, brevity, the spirit of resistance, Guardianship-Centeredness, martyrdom-seeking, sacrifice, humbleness, living a simple life, charismatic personality, self-confidence, optimism, agility, high emotional intelligence, and proper behavioral organization. Social indexes include being a cross-border personality, having the spirit of sympathy, being popular, being free from any political wing, having the sense of humor, being accepted and respected in groups, having the skill of negotiation, and helping the needy. Conclusion: It is necessary and important for Islamic society of Iran to recognize personality dimensions of great personalities like Martyr Suleimani, and those in charge should try to preserve these valuable traits and teach them to next generations of our beloved country. Producing relevant contents can provide other members of society with a proper and correct model.
