چکیده
بیداری اسلامی که در سال 2011 اکثر کشورهای عرب را در غرب آسیا و شمال آفریقا دربرگرفت، منطقه را وارد مرحله نوینی کرد که به طور توأمان، متضمن تغییر نظم و رفتار برخی از بازیگران منطقه ای بوده است. در این ارتباط، امارات متحده عربی سعی دارد علی رغم کاستی های ذاتی برای ظاهرشدن به عنوان یک بازیگر بزرگ، در پرتو تحولات ناشی از بیداری اسلامی مذکور در قامت یک بازیگر منطقه ای ظاهر شود. مداخله نظامی امارات در بحرین، همکاری نظامی آن با نیروهای ناتو در سرنگونی رژیم قذافی، حضور در حمله ائتلاف بین المللی تحت رهبری امریکا به بهانه و ادعای مبارزه با داعش، مشارکت فعال در ائتلاف نیروهای عربی حمله کننده به یمن، آشکارشدن مواضع خصمانه آن نسبت به قطر پس از افشای محتویات رایانامه سفیر این کشور در امریکا و ...، نشانه هایی از تغییر رفتار امارات در شرایط جدید و عزم راسخ دولت مردان این کشور برای ارتقای جایگاه آن به مقام یک بازیگر منطقه ای است. نوشتار حاضر قصد دارد در چارچوب نظریه رئالیسم تهاجمی، گام بلند امارات متحده عربی را برای تبدیل شدن به بازیگر منطقه ای در خاورمیانه جدید، موردبررسی قرار دهد.New UAE foreign policy in West Asia

The present paper plans to examine the UAE's long emirate step in the framework of aggressive realism in the context of the United Arab Emirates to convert to a regional actor in the new Middle East.
