چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تبیین فردگرایی در سیاست خارجی آمریکا در دوران ترامپ و تأثیر آن بر امنیتی سازی منطقه غرب آسیا است. متناسب با این هدف، نگارنده به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال اصلی است که فردگرایی در دوران ترامپ چه تأثیری بر امنیتی سازی منطقه غرب آسیا داشته است؟ نگارنده تلاش می کند تا با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استناد به نظریه پیوستگی روزنا از یک سو و نظریه امنیتی سازی مکتب کپنهاگ از سوی دیگر به عنوان چارچوب نظری، فردگرایی در سیاست خارجی ترامپ را بررسی و تأثیر آن بر امنیتی سازی منطقه راهبردی غرب آسیا را تحلیل کند. روزنا منابع سیاست خارجی را به پنج دسته تقسیم می کند: فردی، وابسته به نقش، اجتماعی، حکومتی و خارجی. درخصوص اولویت هر کدام از این متغیرها، روزنا معتقد است که نقش متغیر فرد در آمریکا به عنوان کشوری با وسعت زیاد، اقتصاد توسعه یافته و با جامعه باز در پایین ترین سطح قرار دارد. بررسی سیاست خارجی آمریکا در دوران ترامپ از بعد روان شناسی شخصیتی و عملکرد، برخلاف نظریه روزنا نشان می دهد که متغیر فرد بالاتر از چهار مورد دیگر قرار گرفته است. هرچند امنیتی سازی منطقه غرب آسیا به دولت جرج دبلیو بوش برمی گردد؛ اما آنچه این مقاله به عنوان فرضیه درنظر گرفته است، تأثیری است که فردگرایی ترامپ به عنوان بازیگر امنیتی ساز در سیاست خارجی دولت در تشدید امنیتی سازی منطقه غرب آسیا و اقدامات تنش آفرین انجام داده است. پژوهش حاضر اثبات می کند که اقداماتی ازقبیل ممنوع کردن اتباع شش کشور اسلامی از ورود به آمریکا، خروج از برجام، ترور سپهبد قاسم سلیمانی و انتقال سفارت رژیم صهیونیستی از تل آویو به بیت المقدس، به عنوان اقدامات خاص و نتیجه تشدید امنیتی سازی این منطقه، قابل ارائه است.Individualism in the US Foreign Policy during Trump’s Presidential Period and Its Impact on Securitization in the Region of the Western Asia
The main purpose of this study is to explain individualism in US foreign policy during the Trump era and its impact on security in the region of the Western Asian. In line with this goal, the author seeks to answer the main question t; What effect has Trump’s individualism had on the security the region of the Western Asian? The author tries to examine the individualism in Trump's foreign policy by using a descriptive-analytical method and quoting the theory of Rosenau continuity, on the one hand, and the theory of security of the Copenhagen school, on the other hand, as a theoretical framework and analyzes its impact on security in the strategic region of the Western Asia. Contrary to Rosenau's theory, a study of American foreign policy under Trump in terms of personality psychology and performance shows that the individual variable is higher than the other four. Although the security of the region of the Western Asian goes back to the George W. Bush administration, what this article hypothesizes is the effect that individualism in the Trump administration's foreign policy is on intensifying the security of the region of the Western Asian and the extraordinary actions that Trump has taken as a security player. The present study proves that measures such as banning citizens of six Islamic countries from entering the United States, leaving JCPOA, assassinating General Qassem Soleimani and moving the Israeli embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem can be presented as special measures and as a result of intensifying security in the region.the documents through library technique.
