چکیده
در این مقاله سعی بر این است که ضمن شناسایی عوامل تأثیر گذار بر فساد پلیس، روابط علت و معلولی بین آنها مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. به همین منظور با استفاده از روش پژوهشی کیفی و به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی به منظور مشخص شدن عوامل با سیزده نفر از خبرگان و افسران ارشد ستاد ناجا در تهران، مصاحبه صورت گرفت که نتایج شامل شش دسته عامل خانواده، رسانه، سیاستهای دولتی، سیاستهای سازمانی، شخصیت و نگرش است. رابطه علی بین این عوامل و اهمیت هر کدام به کمک روشDEMATEL فازی گروهی بررسی، و مشخص شد که سیاستهای سازمانی بیشترین اهمیت و تأثیر را بر عوامل دیگر داراست.Identification of the Effective Factors on Police Corruption and Examination of Cause and Effect Relations between Them Using Fuzzy DEMATEL Method
In this study, first efforts have been made to identify the effective factors in police corruption, then cause and effect relations were examined as well. In this regard, by using a qualitative method of research and snowball sampling for determining the factors, 13 experts and senior officers of Headquarters of NAJA were interviewed in Tehran. The results included six groups of factors including family, media, governmental policies, organizational policies, personality and attitude. The cause and effect relations of each and their importance were examined using fuzzy DEMATEL method and the results showed that the organizational policies have the most importance and effect on the other factors.
