Contemporary Research on the Islamic Revolution

Undoubtedly, the glorious Islamic revolution marked a new discourse in the field of international relations. Meanwhile, the knowledge of jurisprudence in the post-Islamic revolution period, as a science that provides the strategic and practical program and model of the country's administration and is the foundation of the country's laws, has a great position. In view of the existing research gap, in a problem-oriented research and by adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, the requirements and requirements of teaching and researching jurisprudence in the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader, by referring to his statements and writings in different positions , has been studied from the beginning of his leadership until the present time. The results of the research show the correct and accurate introduction of jurisprudence knowledge capacities to the students and students of religious sciences, streamlining and removing unnecessary content from the textbooks, as well as the compilation of new educational books according to the needs of the day, including the educational needs of knowledge. Jurisprudence is included in his intellectual system. In terms of research, there are also indicators and components such as research within the scope and criteria of Javaheri jurisprudence, comparative and comparative research, precise thematics of research topics, priority of research in social and current issues, as well as free thinking and avoiding unnecessary prejudices. In the matter of research, they are one of the axes that can be extracted, analyzed and evaluated by reflecting on their opinions.

Spirituality is considered one of the prominent components of Islam, to the extent that without it, a person will not find the path to happiness. The educational role of spirituality is one of its functions, and given the country's need for faithful elements, educating students based on this component is essential at the level of the Islamic Revolution. The present study aims to answer the question of ‘How the level of spirituality among students at the Islamic Revolutionary University of Mazandaran is?’ The research method is descriptive-survey and its approach is practical. There are about 4,500 postgraduate students at the University of Mazandaran, and based on the sample size formula, 354 students were selected as the research sample using random sampling. The questionnaire was the data collection tool, and its validity was confirmed by several faculty members before the research. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.963. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical indices in the SPSS software version 24. The research findings indicate that among the research sample, as a statistical population, there is a significant and positive relationship between the Islamic Revolution and the spirituality of students, and spirituality indices such as belief in God, understanding of metaphysical phenomena, self-sacrifice, sincerity, and perseverance have grown. However, it is necessary to reform the education system in a way that strengthens their spiritual mindset, and officials must take serious steps to realize the Islamic University.

Development programs design and operationalize land changes. Although development programs in Iran have been new, interventions in Iranian land have a long history. In other words, the methods of nurturing and exploiting natural and human resources identifiable in indigenous technologies have over time created a specific combination and fabric in the land that reflected the ancient organization of the Iranian land. Therefore, land changes in the Pahlavi era - which result from the implementation of development programs within the framework of modernization- are placed in relation to the organization of the land in the historical background of the country's population. Therefore, the main question of the article is, ‘How did land reform in Iran during the Pahlavi era take shape and what characteristics did it have?’ The present study used descriptive-analytical and critical method. It seems that regarding the external nature of the development programs of the Pahlavi era and their lack of indigenous foundation, the designed land changes lack the characteristic convergence between culture and technology, and neglect and indifference to the vital role of the ecosystem in the mentioned connection. In fact, the findings indicate that land changes resulting from modernization programs were designed and operationalized in confrontation with the pre-modern organization of the land. Changes in the structure of the global single-polar system and the transition towards a multi-polar order highlight the new norms of the global order. It is clear that the dominance of the new normative order and the elements of the new structural meaning are primarily considering the decline of US hegemony and its redistribution among new poles. These conditions create more space for the expression of competing cultural ideologies. In such a space, there are ample opportunities for culturally and civilizational rich actors like Iran to emerge. The importance of this issue becomes more apparent when we realize that key players in the new structure, such as China, lack the high capacity to confront Western cultural-hegemonic dominance regarding the absence of modern software. In an era where the main characteristic is "Power Dispersion," some of the material shortcomings of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be remedied to play an effective role in the new era of cultural power vacuum, if attention is paid to its software capacities. Therefore, the main question of this research is formed by examining what software-based priorities for the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the cultural Iran region suggest. In response to this question, with a descriptive-analytical approach by gathering a library of data, highlighting the coordinates of the new global order, and examining the coordinates of the cultural Iran region. The main recommendations of this new situation for the foreign policy of I.R.I in the cultural Iran region are explored. Key words of humanitarianism and altruism can be seen as a big step towards human excellence, after the love of essence and self-protection. Understanding this matter in the view of the foundations of Quranic anthropology means loving humans on the path of humanity, compassion and empathy towards other people, and, in other words, not being confined to the rule of "We have honored the children of Adam." In essence, the Islamic Revolution has also been based on this Quranic pattern. Khomeini, who was knowledgeable in various fields such as theology, wisdom, jurisprudence, and mysticism, not only upheld it, but also based the revolution's strategies and, as a result, the domestic and foreign policies of the Islamic system on it, and offered political mysticism comprehensively to the world. The present study, emphasizing the ideas of Imam Khomeini, aim to evaluate the theoretical foundations of this lofty human virtue, and its applications; and its emphasis is on how the Islamic philosophical and mystical foundations have emerged in governance and political representation, and how reviving them can help human beings reach their maximum potential in terms of intelligence and morality, and assist a diverse range of individuals in their journey towards the proximity of God.
