The purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of football refereeing in Iran using the SOAR framework. The method of the present study was descriptive-analytical with an applied nature. The SOAR analytical technique was used to collect information from interviews and form focus groups, formulate a development strategy and explain the strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and measurable results. The study's statistical population included all national and international football referees in the country, and the sample was purposefully selected (n=151). The research instrument was based on an exploratory study and rewriting of basics, interviews, and similar studies by the researcher, whose content validity was confirmed by experts, and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (α=0.89). The results showed that the existence of many interested in football refereeing, the great interest of Iranian youth in football refereeing, the establishment of national and international refereeing courses, and the emergence of Iranian referees in the first place in Asia, respectively the most critical priorities in terms of strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results. According to the findings, to improve refereeing at the global level, it is necessary to formulate a strategic plan based on the brand-based model that can align all the potentials in the country with its overall refereeing goal.

Today, competition to improve the quality of services is recognized as a critical strategic issue for sports venues. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of service quality on improving loyal behaviors. (A case study of customers of wrestling sports complexes in Kermanshah province). The research method was descriptive-correlational and was conducted in the field. The study's statistical population was the customers of wrestling halls in Kermanshah province. In this study, 450 people were considered as the statistical sample of the study by random cluster sampling. Bonajsui's (2012) Research Work Questionnaire was used to measure research variables. Univariate and multivariate regression and the Friedman test were used to analyze the data. The regression test results showed that the service quality variable has a predictive power of about 18% of the variance of communication quality. Furthermore, the results showed that the variables of personnel responsiveness, reliability, and trust in personnel could be significant predictors of the communication quality component. Also, the results showed that the variable of communication quality could be a significant predictor for the components of loyal behavior, word of mouth, purchasing desire, and dissatisfaction. The study's results showed that the quality of services affects the quality of communication. According to the results, the responsiveness of the complex staff, reliability, and trust in the personnel have a positive effect on the quality. At the same time, no relationship was found between the tangibles and empathy components with the relationship's quality. According to the results, improving the quality of services in sports complexes and the quality of customer relations are the main factors in the occurrence of loyal customer behaviors and their reappearance in the future.

This study aimed to identify and analyze the factors affecting the athletic commitment to train and compete in the armed forces. The research method was applied, and the study's statistical population consisted of athletes affiliated with the Armed Forces across the country, of whom 290 were selected as the sample. For data collection, in the beginning, the qualitative method and interview with elites were used, then the quantitative method containing a demographic questionnaire and sport commitment questionnaire (researcher-made) with 33 questions is used. The questionnaire comprises six dimensions: facilities, incentives, rules and regulations, financial and personal factors, and enjoyment and satisfaction. Collected data through equation modeling were analyzed using Amos 21 software and SPSS 22 software to identify the factors affecting the variables. The results showed that the research model had a good fit, and a positive and significant relationship existed between facilities and incentives, incentives, rules and regulations, finances, personal factors, and enjoyment and satisfaction with sport commitment. Finally, it is recommended that the physical education managers of the armed forces take advantage of all the national facilities to increase their athlete's athletic commitment.

This research investigated the effect of insomnia caused by military guarding on motor performance and salivary cortisol and testosterone concentration. Some 24 male active-duty soldiers were randomly selected and placed in two groups, insomnia, and control. Insomnia consisted of two hours of guarding with military equipment, two hours of on-call, and two hours of sleep, which started at 4:00 PM and lasted until 6:00 AM the next day. Agility, balance, and reaction time were measured as indicators of motor performance. Saliva samples were collected in the morning two days before, in the morning after applying insomnia, and after measuring motor performance. The results showed that agility performance in the insomnia group was weaker than in the control group. The balance performance of the insomnia group did not differ significantly from the control group. The reaction time in the experimental group was slower when compared to the control group. Although the reaction time was affected significantly, the findings of this research showed that salivary cortisol and testosterone concentration, as well as agility and balance, are not affected by this amount/type of sleep deprivation.

A few second prior to an expected event, a systematic decrease in heart rate (HR), reflecting attentional processing is observed. Arousal variations however, restrain the interpretation of this decrement. The present study, aimed to investigate vigilance and arousal effects during a skilled performance separately, using separate measures for the two psychological states. HR and skin conductance level (SCL) were measured as an index of vigilance and arousal from 18 elite and 19 novices during 30 self-paced, self-initiated basketball free throws. Values of HR and SCL were calculated at half-second intervals from 10 s before to 10 s after each shot and were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA. This helped to compare pre-shot and post-shot patterns of physiological changes separately in elites and novices. In elites, there was a slow reduction in SCL prior to, and a rebound increase immediately following the shot. These were smaller for novices. Similar findings were observed when good shots were compared to bad ones. The value for rebound after good shots reached 8 times more than the pre-shot value. A sharp increase in HR, up to 40 bpm was found 4 second before the shot, which returned to pre-shot value after 2s for elites; this did not return in novices. HR in bad shots was higher than good shots. Results indicate that the SCL reflect arousal level at the time of task and its pattern of variations reflects skill level. Although, HR was lower in good shots, the pattern of variation in HR reflected physical requirements of the task. Results were compared to previous findings and discussed in relation to the hypotheses explaining arousal and vigilance in human behavioral performance.

Present research is considered applied-developmental in its objective and qualitative concerning the research nature of data, and the research design was the interpretative structural model (ISM). In order to gather data, semi-structured in-depth interviews with experts in the consumer behavior domain, selected by theoretical sampling, have been utilized. The statistical population includes all sports managers, sports specialists, and fans, and sampling continued until theoretical sufficiency was achieved. After research completion, results were sent to two participants, and their opinions were approved by identifying indices related to football fans' superstitious behavior to draw the interpretative- structural model of factors influencing football fans' superstitious behavior. The result indicated the level of dependence and influence power of each index according to which individual characteristics and environmental conditions in the region under the influence include inculcation index in the autonomous region (independent) and indices of relief, the transmission of evil, coercion, and deterrence in the dependent region.
