چکیده
در سال های اخیر، همه گیری کووید-۱۹ یکی از بحران هایی بود که جامعه بشری را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه یک مدل مدیریتی برای مقابله با بحران کرونا می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت داده ها، یک پژوهش آمیخته است و جهت گرد آوری داده ها از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده که روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه متخصصین در حوزه های اقتصادی، رفاه اجتماعی، حقوق، و حکمرانی به تعداد نامحدود بوده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل تعداد ۲۰ نفر بوده که به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده و در بخش کمی ۳۸۴ نفر به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک از جامعه آماری انتخاب شده اند. در این پژوهش، برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش دلفی و همچنین معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی به کمک نرم افزار Smart-PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که واکنش اقتصادی، واکنش بهزیستی، و واکنش حکمرانی در مدیریت بحران کرونا دارای تأثیر مثبت هستند؛ اما واکنش دموکراسی، دارای تأثیر منفی در مدیریت بحران کووید-۱۹ است.Providing a Management Model to Deal with the Corona Crisis
In recent years, the Covid-19 pandemic was one of the crises affecting human society. The purpose of this research is to provide a management model to deal with the Corona crisis. In terms of the nature of the data, this research is mixed research, and library studies and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect the data, and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked and confirmed. The statistical population of this research included all experts in economic, social welfare, law, and governance in unlimited numbers. The statistical sample of this research in the qualitative part included 20 people who were selected by snowball method and in the quantitative part 384 people were determined by systematic random method from the statistical population. In this research, the Delphi method, structural equations, and partial least squares method with the help of Smart-PLS software were used for data analysis. The results of this research show that the economic response, welfare response, and governance response have a positive effect on the management of the Corona crisis. But the reaction of democracy has a negative effect on the management of the Covid-19 crisis.
