چکیده
از آنجا که سیستم جهانی به طور فزاینده ای ناپایدار و ترک خورده است، در میانه یک سری از فرآیندهای تغییر و تحول منطقه ای قرار داریم که امکان تغییرات اساسی در نظم سنتی و متعاقب آن در الگوهای رفتاری بازیگران ایجاد کرده است. این فرایندهای تغییر و تحول، منجر به تحولات اساسی در شیوه های سنتی پیگیری منافع و به طورکلی راهبردهای سیاست خارجی بازیگران جهانی و منطقه ای شده است. در این راستا ترکیه به دلیل داشتن موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی مهم به دنبال تامین منافع خود در سیاست خارجی و دفاعی در اثر فرایندهای تحول منطقه ای به طور هم زمان در بسیاری از جبهه ها از مدیترانه شرقی گرفته تا قفقاز جنوبی و بحران اوکراین به علت شکاف های قدرتی که در جغرافیای مجاور پدید آمده است، در یک رقابت ژئوپلیتیکی مداوم قرار دارد. سؤال پژوهش حاضر این است که فرایندهای تغییر و تحول منطقه ای چه تأثیری بر رقابت های ژئوپلیتیکی ترکیه در مناطق هجوار داشته است؟ فرضیه پژوهش حاضر این است که ترکیه در بازه زمانی 2022-2016 به دلیل تحولات در فرآیند های منطقه ای، با اتخاذ رویکرد رقابتی _مشارکتی و فرصت طلبانه در مناطق مورد بررسی و با تأکید بر اصل خودیاری در چارچوب این فرآیندها به دنبال ائتلاف سازی های منعطف و پویا و شکل دهی به فضای حیاتی و مناطق متحد در راستای هدف کلان تامین منافع، و متوازن سازی روابط با غرب و شرق در روندهای نوپدید سیاست خارجی بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و شیوه گردآوری داده ها کتابخانه ای است. در این راستا از کتاب ها، مقاله ها، اسناد، منابع اینترنتی و اظهارنظرهای مقام های مربوطه برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شده است.Regional change processes and their impact on Turkey's geopolitical competition 2016-2022 (Eastern Mediterranean, South Caucasus, and Ukraine crisis)
Since the global system is increasingly unstable and cracked, we are in the middle of a series of regional transformation processes that have created the possibility of fundamental changes in the traditional order and subsequently in the behavior patterns of the actors. These processes of change and transformation have led to fundamental changes in the traditional ways of pursuing interests and in general the foreign policy strategies of global and regional actors. Due to its sensitive geopolitical situation, Turkey has faced many challenges in foreign and defense policy as a result of regional transformation processes. This issue has caused Turkey to be in a continuous geopolitical battle simultaneously on many fronts from the Eastern Mediterranean to the South Caucasus and the Ukraine crisis due to the power gaps that have emerged in the neighboring geography. The question of the current research is what effect the processes of regional change have had on Turkey's geopolitical competition in the surrounding areas؟ The current research hypothesizes that Turkey, by emphasizing the principle of self-help in the framework of the processes of change and transformation of the global and regional order, seeks flexible and dynamic alliances and shapes the vital space and united regions in line with the goal of strategic and balanced independence. Establishing relations with the West and the East is one of the emerging trends of foreign policy. The method of descriptive-analytical research and the method of data collection is the library.
