واکاوی نقش معنویت در مدیریت انقلابی براساس دیدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب با تاکید بر قرآن کریم و صحیفه سجادیه (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مدیریت نقش بسزایی در کارایی سازمانی دارد و بدون مدیریت صحیح و اسلامی امکان رشد حقیقی در سازمان ها وجود نخواهدداشت. مدیریت انقلابی به عنوان یک مدیریت مبتنی بر ارزش، دارای ویژگی های منحصر به فردی است که در شرایط حاضر کشور و لزوم عبور از مشکلات مدیریتی، اهمیت دوچندانی یافته است. از میان مولفه های متعدد مدیریت انقلابی، معنویت جایگاه ویژه ای دارد. در این پژوهش که از لحاظ روش کیفی است با بهره گیری از تحلیل مضمون و تشکیل شبکه مضامین، سعی شده الگوی مدیریت مبتنی بر معنویت براساس بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب و با استناد به آیات قران کریم و صحیفه سجادیه، ارائه شود. در این مقاله در ابتدا با مطالعه بیانات معظم له، 43 مضمون پایه با بهره گیری از نرم افزار Maxqda22 استخراج شد و سپس این مضامین پایه در سه مضمون نگرشی، گرایشی و رفتاری با استناد به قرآن کریم و صحیفه سجادیه سازماندهی شدند. از آنجاکه مضامین استخراج شده مستند به آیات موضوعی قران کریم و فرازهای مرتبط در صحیفه سجادیّه هستند، از روایی لازم برخوردارند. پایایی نتایج نیز با محاسبه ضریب توافق کاپا دارای مقبولیت کافی (بالای 90 درصد) تشخیص داده شد. نتایج نشان می دهد مدیریت معنویت محور با پیروی از 10 مولفه (مضمون) بینشی، 12 مولفه گرایشی و 21 مولفه رفتاری محقق می شود. اصلی ترین و موثرترین مضامین در بین 43 مضمون پایه عبارت از مضمون توحید در بین مؤلفه های بینشی، صدق و اخلاص در بین مولفه های گرایشی و تقوا در بین مولفه های رفتاری می باشد.Analyzing the role of spirituality in revolutionary management based on the view of the supreme leader of the revolution with an emphasis on the Holy Quran and Sahifa Sajjadiyeh
Management has a significant role in organizational efficiency, and without correct and Islamic management, there will be no possibility of real growth in organizations. Revolutionary management, as a value-based management, has unique features that have gained double importance in the current conditions of the country and the need to overcome management problems. Among the many components of revolutionary management, spirituality has a special place. In this research, which is a qualitative method, by using theme analysis and forming a network of themes, an attempt has been made to present a model of management based on spirituality based on the statements of the supreme leader of the revolution and citing the verses of the Holy Quran and Safiha Sajjadiyeh. In this article, first by studying the statements of His Holiness, 46 basic themes were extracted and then these basic themes were organized in three attitudinal, tendency and behavioral dimensions (as organizing themes) by referring to the verses of the Holy Quran and passages from the Sajjadiyyah. The results show that spirituality-oriented management is achieved by following 10 insight components, 13 tendency components and 23 behavioral components. The main and most effective themes among the 46 basic themes are monotheism among the insight components, sincerity among the tendency components, and piety among the behavioral components.
