شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر تدریس خلاقانه معلمان (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر تدریس خلاقانه معلمان میباشد. پژوهش حاضر، از نظر ماهیت از نوع پژوهش های کمی، از نظر میزان کنترل متغیرها از نوع غیرآزمایشی و از نظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب میشود. در گام اول به منظور شناسایی به مطالعه منابع علمی مختلف از جمله کتابها، مقالات و پایگاههای معتبر علمی موجود و همچنین مصاحبه با برخی خبرگان و کارشناسان و معلمان با سابقه و برجسته پرداخته شد. پس از تعیین عوامل موثر بر تدریس خلاقانه معلمان اقدام به طراحی پرسشنامه با هدف سنجش گزینه ها براساس مقیاس پنج درجه ای شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق که با استفاده ازروش پیمایشی انجام شده، معلمان مدارس دوره ابتدایی منطقه 5 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران بودند حجم نمونه با استفاده نمونه گیری تصادفی و فرمول کوکران 100 نفر تعیین شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون بارتلت، تحلیل عاملی، ضریب و ماتریس همبستگی، و آزمون خی دو استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفههای باور تدریس، انگیزه تدریس، محیط تدریس، تعهد تدریس، کیفیت شخصی، نگرش یادگیری، تلاش شخصی، تجربه زیستی و باور تدریس، به عنوان عوامل اثرگذار بر عوامل موثر بر تدریس خلاقانه معلمان می باشد. آزمون فریدمن نیز نشان داد اختلاف معناداری بین میانگین رتبه های مؤلفههای تدریس خلاقانه معلمان (01/0 >P و 220/1164=) وجود دارد. پایین ترین میانگین رتبه مربوط به مؤلفه تجربه زیستی و بالاترین رتبه مربوط به مولفه 5(کیفیت شخصی) می باشد.Identifying and prioritizing effective factors on teachers' creative teaching
The purpose of the current research is to identify and prioritize the factors that affect teachers' creative teaching. The current research is considered to be a quantitative research in terms of its nature, non-experimental in terms of the control of variables, and applied research in terms of its purpose. In the first step, in order to identify, various scientific sources were studied, including books, articles, and valid scientific databases, as well as interviews with some experts and experts and teachers with a long history and outstanding. After determining the effective factors on teachers' creative teaching, a questionnaire was designed with the aim of evaluating options based on a five-point scale. The statistical population of this research, which was conducted using a survey method,The teachers were primary school teachers in the 5th education district of Tehran. The sample size was determined using random sampling and Cochran's formula of 100 people. In order to analyze data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used, Bartlett's test, factor analysis, coefficient and correlation matrix, and chi-square test.The results showed that the components of teaching belief, teaching motivation, teaching environment, teaching commitment, personal quality, learning attitude, personal effort, life experience and teaching belief are the factors that influence the factors that affect teachers' creative teaching. Friedman's test also showed that there is a significant difference between the average ratings of teachers' creative teaching components (P<0.01 and 1164=220). The lowest average rating is related to the biological experience component and the highest rating is related to component 5 (personal quality).
