چکیده
کووید 19 تمام جنبه های جامعه جهانی را تهدید می کند. بسته به مدت زمان، مقیاس و منطقه گسترش این بیماری، هنوز مشخص نیست که این مسئله تا چه میزان می تواند بر سیستم بین المللی تأثیر بگذارد؛ اما واضح است که جهان پس از اپیدمی مانند گذشته نخواهد بود. ازاین رو، مقاله حاضر باهدف درک پیامدهای این اپیدمی بر اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی، قصد دارد به اتکا به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که پاندمی کووید 19 چگونه بر ارکان نظم نهادی در حوزه اقتصاد سیاسی بین المللی تأثیر گذاشته است؟ در راستای پاسخ به این پرسش، فرضیه مورد آزمون با بهره گیری از آموزه های نظریه وابستگی متقابل اقتصادی این گونه طراحی شده است که پاندمی کووید 19، از طریق اختلال در جریان های تولید، تجارت و سرمایه بین المللی، چشم اندازی از تغییر جایگاه قدرت های بزرگ اقتصادی و تشدید شکاف شمال-جنوب را مطرح کرده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که جایگاه قدرت های بزرگ در نظم اقتصادیِ جهان پسا کرونا به توانمندی آن ها در مقابله مؤثر با اختلال های یادشده و بهره گیری از فرصت های جدید ناشی از درهم ریختگی نظم جاری بستگی دارد و قراین حاکی از آن است که نظم فعلی در حال دور شدن از مسیر سیاست های نولیبرال و گامی روبه جلو برای چینی تر شدن نظم اقتصادی جهانی است.The impact of the COVID 19 Pandemic on the institutional order and Parameters of International Political Economy
Covid 19 threatens all aspects of the world community. It is not yet clear to what extent it can affects the international system. Therefore, the present article, in order to understand the consequences of this epidemic on international political economy, intends to answer the question of how the Covid 19 pandemic has affected the pillars of institutional order in the field of international political economy? In order to answer this question, the hypothesis has been tested is that the Covid 19 pandemic, by disrupting the flows of production, trade and international capital, has the prospect of shifting the position of the great economic powers in these areas and widening the North-South divide. The findings of the article show that the position of the great powers in the post-corona world economic order depends on their ability to effectively deal with these disorders and take advantage of new opportunities resulting from the disruption of the current order. East Asian economies, especially China, are moving in this direction. Hence, the post-Corona world can be considered a step forward for the global economic order to become more Asian and Chinese.
