نقد داستان کوتاه «عفو عمومی» از بزرگ علوی بر اساس نظریه جامعه شناسی مجازات دورکیم (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
بزرگ علوی یکی از بزرگ ترین داستان نویسان معاصر است که در تکامل داستان کوتاه و گستردگی آن در ادبیّات معاصر نقش بسزایی دارد. او در تمام داستان هایش با واقع گرایی انتقادی به بیان مسائل مختلف جامعه پرداخته است. یکی از داستان های کوتاه بزرگ علوی، داستان عفو عمومی است. نویسنده در این داستان، واقعیّات اجتماعی و تحوّلات جامعه آن دوران را به تصویر کشیده است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا مسائل مورد نقد در این داستان با نظریه جامعه شناختی مجازات دورکیم، انطباق داده شود. تفکّر امیل دورکیم در رابطه با مجازات این است که، مجازات، کارکرد انسجام بخشی به اجتماع را دارد. از نظر او، هنگامی که جرمی اتّفاق می افتد، به ارزش ها و اخلاقیّات جامعه تعرض می شود. در نتیجه، جامعه احساس خطر کرده و عکس العمل نشان می دهد. مجازات، عکس العمل هیجانی و طبیعی جامعه نسبت به نقص ارزش های جمعی است. نگارنده در این پژوهش درصدد آن است تا به شیوه تحلیلی – توصیفی و روش کتابخانه ای به بررسی داستان کوتاه «عفو عمومی» از بزرگ علوی بر اساس نظریه جامعه شناسی مجازات دورکیم بپردازد. نتیجه پژوهش نشان می دهد که اگرچه مجازات ها در طول دوران، دچار دگرگونی می شوند؛ ولی اصل و پایه آن ها تغییر نخواهد کرد. از این نظر، تغییر و دگرگونی مجازات ها به نوعی، سازگاری مجازات با وجدان جمعی زمان می باشد. در واقع به تبع دگرگونی جامعه، مجازات نیز تغییر می یابد.A Critique of the Short Story "General Amnesty" by Bozorg Alavi in the Light of Sociological Theory of Emile Durkheim's Punishment
Bozorg Alavi is one of the greatest contemporary novelists who has played a significant role in the development of short stories in contemporary literature. In all his stories, he has critically addressed various issues of society. One of Alavi’s short stories is the story of “general amnesty”. In this story, the author depicts the social realities and changes of that time. In this research, an attempt has been made to adapt the issues criticized in this story to Durkheim's sociological theory of punishment. Emile Durkheim thinks about punishment that punishment has the function of integrating society. In his view, when a crime occurs, the values and morals of society are violated. As a result, society feels threatened and reacts. Punishment is the emotional and natural reaction of society to the defect of collective values. In this research, the author intends to study the short story "General Amnesty" by Bozorg Alavi based on Durkheim's sociological theory of punishment in an analytical-descriptive and library method. The results show that although punishments change over time their origins will not change. From this point of view, the change of punishments is, in a way, the adaptation of the punishment to the collective conscience of the time. In fact, as society changes, so does punishment.
