چکیده
در منابع معتبر روایی امامیه، همچون اصول کافی، در ضمن بحث از رؤیت پذیری خداوند از امام رضا (علیه السلام) روایتی نقل شده است که مضمون آن روایت این است که رؤیت خداوند با ایمان با او، نه در دنیا و نه در آخرت، قابل جمع نیست و ازین رو، رؤیت خداوند امکان ندارد. اندیشمندان شیعی این روایت را از روایات صعب و غامض برشمرده اند و در تبیین معنای آن راه حل های متعددی را پیشنهاد کرده اند. اما به نظر می رسد که هیچ یک از راه حل های مورد ارائه، قابل پذیرش نیست؛ چرا که برخی از معانی پیشنهادشده یا با ظاهر روایت همخوان نیست و یا آنکه برخی از آنها به لحاظ معنا نمی توانند مطابق با روایت باشند. بدین جهت یا باید در تبیین معنای این روایت به دنبال راه حل دیگری بود و یا آنکه به جهت ناشناخته بودن محمد بن عبید -که راوی آن است- صدور آن را لااقل به شکلی که در منابع روایی آمده است، نفی نمود.A Critical Study of the Interpretations of Muhammad Ibn Ubayd's Narration of Imam Reza (as) in Denial of God's Visibility
In the authentic sources of Imamiyya narration such as usul -al-kafi while discussing the visibility of God a narration has been narrated from Imam Reza (as) whose content is that seeing God with faith can not be combined with him neither in this world nor in the hereafter therefore it is not possible to see God. Shiite thinkers have considered this narration as a difficult and confusing narration and have proposed various solutions to explain its meaning. But none of the proposed solutions seems acceptable; Because some of the proposed meanings are either inconsistent with the appearance of the narration or some of them can not be in accordance with the narration in terms of meaning. For this reason one should either look for another solution in explaining the meaning of this narration, or because of the unknownness of Muhammad ibn Ubayd who is its narrator its issuance should be denied at least in the form mentioned in the narration sources.
