چکیده
گسترش پدیده ترور و تروریسم در جهان امروز، تغییر ماهیت و ظاهر آن از شکلی به شکل دیگر، همزمان با پیشرفت علم و تکنولوژی و به خدمت گرفتن عوامل بیولوژیکی در انسان، حیوانات، گیاهان، داروها، مواد غذایی و ... با هدف تأثیرگذاری مخرب و کشنده بر سلامت انسان ها بویژه مسلمانان و ملت های مخالف قدرت های بزرگ و در نتیجه تسلط اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی و محیط زیست و ... و در نهایت نابودی انسان ها به قصد سلطه بر منابع ملت های دیگر است تا جایی از عوامل بیولوژیک به عنوان سلاح بیولوژیکی یا بیوتروریستی برای نابودی و تضعیف دیگران استفاده می شود. از این رو در ابتدا تعریف بیوتروریسم، بررسی فقهی و حقوقی آن و انطباق این نوع از ترور با مؤلفه های فقهی و بررسی حکم فقهی مشروعیت دفاع در مقابل با این پدیده از جمله اهداف این مقاله می باشد. گزارش محتوا به صورت تحقیقات کتابخانه ای و میدانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جواز یا عدم جواز شرعی استفاده از سلاح های بیوتروریسم مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.Jurisprudential and Legal Review of Bioterrorism
Based on the spread of the phenomena of terror and terrorism in today's world, its changing form is simultaneous with the progress of science and technology, the utilization of biological agents in humans, animals, plants, medicines, foodstuffs, etc. and ultimately the annihilation of human beings in order to dominate the resources of other nations. It is to an extent that biological agents are used as biological or bio-terroristic weapons to destroy and weaken others. Therefore, after defining the bioterrorism, its jurisprudential and legal review, correspondence of this type of terror with the jurisprudential components and reviewing the jurisprudential verdict of defense against this phenomenon are among the objectives of this article. Content reporting is investigated as library and field research. The permission or lack of permission of using bioterrorism weapons is also investigated.
