بازیگری سیاسی - رسانه ای طبقه متوسط جدید در ایده حکمرانی خوب (ایران پسا انقلاب)

چکیده
بررسی موضوع اثربخشی طبقه متوسط جدید بر ایده و شاخص های حکمرانی خوب، از مهمترین موضوعات علوم اجتماعی و علوم سیاسی است. اگر رقابت و مشارکت سیاسی، مدیریت امور عمومی (دولت تسهیل گر و پاسخگو) توانمندسازی نهادهای مدنی و فرهنگ سیاسی را مفاهیم بازیگری طبقه متوسط جدید بر حکمرانی خوب (قانون گرایی، شفافیت، عدالت و پاسخگویی) در ایران پسا انقلاب بدانیم، پرسش پژوهش آن است که بازیگری طبقه متوسط جدید در ایده حکمرانی خوب چگونه بوده است؟ از آنجا که فرایند گذار به ایده حکمرانی خوب و رشد کیفی آن، در گرو ساخت دولت تسهیل گر و اعتماد اجتماعی میان شهروندان و دولت است، بنابراین شناخت طبقه متوسط جدید و دولت و ارتباط آنان با هم، امری لازم است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داده است که استحکام حکمرانی خوب در پرتو دولت توسعه گرا و تسهیل گر، مستلزم سازش میان نخبگان فکری و نخبگان ابزاری، تمرکز بر تقویت نهادهای مدنی، رقابت و مشارکت و چگونگی بر خورد طبقه متوسط جدید با فرهنگ سیاسی در امر مردم سالاری است. چارچوب نظری برای تحلیل موضوع، نظریات نوسازی با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و با روش تاریخی خواهد بود .Political Acting - New Middle Class Media in the Idea of Good Governance (Post-Revolutionary Iran)
The study of the sffectiveness of the neo- middle class on the neo- ideas and the indicators of the good ruling party is one of the most important topics of the social and political sciences. If competition and participation, common order mangements ( facilitative and responsive government), empowering of the civic organizatins and political culture known as key- roles of the middle class over the good ruling party ( rule- governing, transparency, justice and responsiveness) known as the post- revolution of Iran, the question is: what is the role of the neo- middle class over the idea of the good ruling party? As the transition of the good governing and its improvement, is under the pledge of the facilitative government and the social trust among the citizens and the government, the recognition of tne new middle class and the government and their relations together, is a must. The findings of this study shows that the solidity of the good ruling party under the shadow of the facilitative and devoper government is a requirement of the thinking and instrumental talents. Focusing on the civic organizations, competition and partnership and how to deal with the neo-middle class is with the political culture of the democracy. The theoritical frame for the analysis of the topic is the reconstruction with the descriptive- analytical and historical approaches.
