تدوین و اعتباریابی بسته روانی-آموزشی مبتنی بر استعاره برای تبیین و مفهوم سازی طرح واره های حوزه طرد و بریدگی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مقدمه: استعاره قابلیت انتقال و مفهوم سازی مطالب پیچیده و با حجم زیاد را در قالب یک جمله یا متن کوتاه دارد و این دلیلی برای استفاده از آن در علوم مختلف است. فواید استفاده از استعاره در آموزش و روان درمانی نیز اثبات شده است. استعاره باعث کاهش مقاومت مراجع، ساده سازی و قابل درک کردن مفاهیم انتزاعی، بهبود ارتباط درمانگر و مراجع و ماندگاری مطالب در ذهن مراجع می شود. هدف: این پژوهش باهدف طراحی و اعتبار یابی بسته روانی- آموزشی مبتنی بر استعاره برای تبیین و مفهوم سازی طرح واره های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه طرد و بریدگی انجام شده است. روش: پژوهشگر بر اساس مبانی طرح واره درمانی و استعاره های مراجعان، برای هر طرح واره حوزه طرد و بریدگی 5 استعاره (درمجموع 25 استعاره) طراحی و تدوین کرد و برای روایابی در اختیار پنل متخصصان 13 نفری قرار داد تا علاوه بر روایی کیفی، روایی محتوایی به شیوه کمی نیز انجام شود. در روایابی کمی از دو ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا (CVR) و شاخص روایی محتوا (CVI) استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان داد که از بین 25 استعاره، 23 استعاره مقدار ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوایی بالاتر از اندازه موردنیاز)54/0≤ (CVRو )79/0≤ (CVIرا به دست آورده و معتبر شناخته شدند. مقدار ضریب نسبی روایی محتوا برای کل بسته آموزشی 84/0 و شاخص روایی محتوا 95/0 محاسبه شد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به فواید و کاربردهای استعاره در فرایند آموزش و روان درمانی و بر اساس نتایج روایابی استعاره های طراحی شده، می توان از این بسته روانی- آموزشی، در آموزش و جلسات طرح واره درمانی استفاده کرد.Developing of a Metaphor-based Psychoeducational Package to Explain and Conceptualize Disconnection and Rejection Schems
Introduction: Metaphors possess the potential to convey and conceptualize complex and voluminous material in a short sentence or passage. Hence, its wide use in different sciences. Evidence confirms the benefits of using metaphors in education and psychotherapy. Metaphors help wear down client resistance, simplify abstract concepts and make them accessible, improve the therapist-client relationship, and boost client learning. Aims: This research aims to design and evaluate the metaphor-based psychological-educational package to explain and conceptualize early maladaptive schemas of disconnection and rejection domain. Method: By drawing upon the schema therapy and client metaphors, the researcher designed and prepared five metaphors (25 metaphors in total) for each schema of rejection and disconnection domain and presented it to the expert panel of 13 to test its qualitative and quantitative content validity. Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) were used in quantitative validation. Results: Results of the statistical analysis suggest that out of 25 metaphors, 23 showed CVR and CVI higher than the required number and proved valid. The Content Validity Ratio for the entire educational package was calculated as 0.84 and the content validity index as 0.95. Conclusions: Given the benefits and applications of metaphors in education and psychotherapy and based on the validation of designed metaphors, this psychological-educational package can be employed in education and schema therapy sessions.
