چکیده
امروزه بیش تر شهر ها با سطح فزاینده ای از تبعات منفی ناشی از رشد سریع مواجه هستند که این خود سلامت عمومی شهروندان را تهدید می کند. به همین علت، فکر شهر سالم در پژوهش های شهری معاصر اهمیت زیادی یافته و از ظرفیت مطالعاتی زیادی برخوردار شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شاخص های شهر سالم در شهرستان های استان خوزستان می باشد. روش مطالعه در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است و داده های مورد نیاز از سالنامه آماری 1390 استان خوزستان جمع آوری شده است. به منظور تحلیل داده ها و سنجش میزان برخورداری شهرستان های استان از شاخص های شهر سالم 34 متغیر در قالب شاخص های سلامت، بهداشتی- درمانی، اقتصادی-اجتماعی و زیست محیطی پس از وزن دهی به روش آنتروپی شانون در نهایت با استفاده از مدل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره الکتر رتبه بندی شده اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که شهرستان های اهواز، دزفول و شوش در وضعیت مطلوب و شهرستان های هویزه، هفتکل و باوی در وضعیت نامطلوب و نامناسبی از لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص های شهر سالم قرار دارند. از عمده دلایل این امر می توان به پایین بودن تعداد آزمایشگاه، داروخانه، پزشک متخصص، تعداد تخت، دندانپزشک، نرخ اشتغال، کمبود فضای سبز شهری و بالا بودن نرخ بیکاری اشاره کرد.Measurement the rate of enjoyment Cities of khozestan province In terms of indicators of healthy city
Today more cities are confronted with increasing levels the negative consequences of rapid growth that this threatened public health the citizens. For this reason the idea of a healthy city has the great importance of contemporary urban research and of great research capacity. Purpose of this study is an indicator of a healthy city in a city the Khuzestan province. The methodology of this research is descriptive and analytical and data requirements of the Statistical Yearbook 1390 have been collected the Khuzestan province. To analyze the data and Evaluate the the city having a healthy city index of 34 variables in the form of health indicators, health, environmental and socio-economic weight of the Shannon entropy method using decision model multi-criteria decision Electronics ranked. The results show that the city of Ahvaz, Dezful and Susa in a more favorable position and city curb, Haftkel and undesirable and inappropriate Bawi terms of indicators are healthy city. Major reasons include low number of laboratories, pharmacies, physician, and number of beds, dentist, and employment rate, shortage of urban green space and high rate of unemployment.
