ساماندهی سیمای شهری در راستای بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهر ملایر (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
سیمای شهری در تعریف شخصیت عملکردی فضاها نقش مهمی ایفا میکند و در چگونگی روحیه ی شهر و مردم بسیار موثر است . شهر ملایر طی چند دهه اخیر با رشد فزاینده جمعیت و گسترش فیزیکی بی رویه روبرو بوده که همین امر موجب دوگانگی شکل شهر به صورت بافت قدیم و جدید شده و از طرف دیگر به دلیل نادیده گرفتن مبحث سیمای شهری در بافت های شهری و نبود مبلمان مناسب ویا عدم رعایت طراحی خوب در اینگونه بافت ها نه تنها منجر به زیبایی بصری نشده بلکه باعث گسیختگی در ساختار فضایی شهر براساس منظر بافت های شهری نیز شده است . این پژوهش بر آن است با نگاهی تحلیلی- محتوایی و با توجه به روش تحقیق علمی – توصیفی . پیمایشی خود از زاویه ای متفاوت به سیمای شهری توجه نماید و نقش و تأثیر آن را بر زندگی شهری و توسعه ترسیم کند. از اثبات رابطه بین متغیر توسعه و متغیر بهبود زندگی شهری سیمای شهری نیز در این مقاله مطرح شده که داده ها از طریق مشاهده جمع آوری شده و در مدلی اثباتی- مقایسه ای و توصیفی، طراحی و به آزمون گذارده شده اند. شهر ملایر علیرغم هزینه های زیادی که صرف زیباسازی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی آن می شود متناسب با انتظارات مردم طرح نشده است و لزوم بازنگری در نگرش برنامه ریزان شهری احساس می شود . همچنین این نتیجه حاصل شده است که زندگی شهری بدون برخورداری از یک سیمای شهری مناسب کیفیت زندگی مناسبی را در شهر ملایر به ارمغان نخواهد آورد . از آنجایکه ملایر دارای قابلیت های گردشگری وتوریستی است و با عنایت به اقلیم ، فرهنگ و موقعیت خود و تأثیراتی که این شهر در غرب کشور دارد به مقوله سیمای شهری و ساماندهی آن کمتر پرداخته شده است.Organizing City Landscape for Improving Life Quality in Malayer
City landscape plays an important role in defining the spatial functions and is very important in the spirit of people and the city. Malayer has faced with population increase and city development during the last decades. This factor has caused the appearance of a duality in the form of this city, i.e., old and modern urban textures. Besides, ignoring the city landscape in urban textures and the lack of suitable furniture or inappropriate designing of these textures has caused disconnections in the spatial structure of the city as far as urban landscape is considered. The researcher of the study had a different look while using an analytical and content-based view as well as a descriptive research to study Malayer, in order to determine its effect on urban life. The results of the study obtained from observation confirmed the significant relationship between city development, improving urban life, and urban landscape. The city of Malayer, despite the high cost of aesthetic and improving its quality of life, is not tailored to the expectations of the people, and the need to review the attitude of urban planners is felt. It has also been concluded that urban living will not bring decent living conditions in Malayer without having a suitable urban landscape. Since Malayer has tourism and tourism capabilities, considering its climate, its culture and its location and the effects it has in the west, the city has been underrepresented in terms of urban design and its organization .
