چکیده
کشورهای مختلف جهان دارای جایگاه متفاوتی به لحاظ اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، امنیتی و غیره هستند. مجموع این عوامل سبب تعیین رتبه ی جهانی کشورها در ساختار ژئوپلیتیک جهان می گردد. این جایگاه جهانی را ژئوپلیتیسین ها در اصطلاح جایگاه ژئوپلیتیک و مجموع و حاصل ضرب عواملی که منجر به تعیین این جایگاه ژئوپلیتیک می شود را وزن ژئوپلیتیک می گویند. بخش مهمی از عوامل تعیین کننده ی وزن ژئوپلیتیک را ظرفیت های سرزمینی مشخص می کند. آن دسته از ظرفیت های سرزمینی که دارای نقش مهم و اساسی تری در تعیین وزن و جایگاه ژئوپلیتیک کشور و همچنین توسعه و استقلال آن می شوند، ظرفیت های راهبردی سرزمینی هستند. در این مقاله نگارنده گان سعی نموده اند تا جایگاه و نقش استان های مختلف کشور را از نظر ظرفیت های راهبردی سرزمینی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار دهند و به رتبه بندی استان ها بپردازند. در این راستا این سؤال اساسی طرح شده است که: چه استان هایی و در چه زمینه هایی به لحاظ ظرفیت های راهبردی سرزمینی بیش ترین نقش و جایگاه را در وزن ژئوپلیتیک کشور ایران دارند؟ راهبردی ترین استان های کشور به لحاظ مجموع ظرفیت های سرزمینی کدامند؟ این مقاله به شیوه ای تحلیلی-توصیفی انجام شده و از نوع تحقیقات تلفیقی (کمی- کیفی) است. داده ها نیز از طریق کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و آمارنامه ها و سایت های معتبر سازمان ها و استان داری ها و وزارت خانه ها گردآوری شده است.Analysis and Ranking of Provinces of Iranian Terms of Strategic Territorial Potentials
Different countries have a different position in terms of economic, political, cultural, security and so on. These factors would determine the global ranking of countries in the geopolitical structure of the world. This position is global geopolitical situation in terms of sum and product of the factors that contribute to determining the geopolitical position which is called geopolitical weight. Factors determine the potential for a significant part of a country determine its geopolitical weight. Territorial potentials, which have important role in determining the weight and geopolitical position of the country as well as the development and independence of their country's strategic capabilities. In this paper, we have tried to study the role of the different provinces of a country's strategic potential of their analysis and their provincial ranking. In this context, the fundamental question is: What are the provinces in terms of territorial strategic capabilities that have the greatest impact on the country's geopolitical weight? This cross-sectional study was conducted in a manner and the form of mixed-method (quantitative-qualitative). Data of the paper have been collected from the literature and documents of the governors and institutions and reputable sites and ministries
