تحلیل شاخص های کیفیت زندگی شهری مورد: محله وردآورد منطقه 21 شهر تهران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
کیفیت زندگی محصول تاریخی نظام های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی است و نمی توان آن را مجزا از ساختارهای فوق تبیین کرد. بنابراین مفهوم کیفیت زندگی یک متغیر مرکب می باشد و وضعیت آن به سطح توسعه یافتگی جوامع بستگی دارد و می توان آن را با طراحی و تدوین شاخص هایی، تعریف و اجرا کرد. در این مقاله وضعیت و سطح کیفیت زندگی شهروندان محله وردآورد منطقه 21 شهر تهران، بر اساس شاخص های تاثیر گذار بررسی شده است. از آنجا که شاخص های کیفیت زندگی متعدداند، برای این محله شاخص های مناسبی در چند عنوان کلی که هر کدام دارای زیر مجموعه هایی هستند مانند سرزندگی و هویت محل، آموزش، زیست محیطی، مسکن، حمل ونقل، دسترسی به خدمات، امنیت و اقتصاد طراحی و براساس آن پرسشنامه مورد نظر تهیه شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران200 نفرتعیین شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss,Excel,Minitab (برای آزمون هایی چون میانگین وزنی ساده، تی تست و همبستگی)کیفیت زندگی در محله وردآورد تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که سطح رضایت از شاخص کلی کیفیت زندگی شهری و همچنین تمامی شاخص های 9گانه آن بین کم و متوسط می باشد و در نهایت ضریب همبستگی نشان می دهد که میان شاخص های کیفیت زندگی همبستگی وجود دارد و با بهبود وضعیت مسکن و دسترسی به خدمات می توان به ارتقاء سطح کیفیت زندگی در محله وردآورد شهر تهران کمک کرد.The Analysis of Urban Life Quality Indices Case: Vardavard Locality, in the 21st District of Tehran City
Life quality is a historical outcome of cultural, social, economic, and political systems and it cannot be explained in exclusion of these structures. So the concept of life quality level is a compound variable that depends on the developmental status of societies and the formulation and representation of life quality indices can be operationalization of life quality concept. Level evaluation of life quality either reflects the current condition of a certain community or a group of citizens, or mirrors the conditions of citizens and communities in the social base of city. This article, in order to recognize the life condition of the people of Vardavard locality of Tehran city, studies the level of life quality that finally leads to determine their life satisfaction level on the basis of effective indices. Since life quality indices are numerous, a set of features – such as liveliness and the identity of the locality, education, environmental condition, habitation, transportation, services accessibility, security, and economy– with their own subsets- have been determined as the proper indices for this certain locality, and a questionnaire has been developed according to these features. The sample size was determined as 200 persons by Kukran formula. The life quality in Vardavard locality has been analyzed by using software such as Minitab, Excel, SPSS (for tests such as simple weighted average, T-test, and correlation). Satisfaction from the general index of urban life quality and all of its 9 indices ranges from low to middle levels. And finally, the correlation coefficient indicates that there is a correlation between the life quality indices so as to the improvement of habitation conditions and services accessibility can help upgrade life quality level in Vardavard locality of Tehran city.
