چکیده
مرکز سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی ایران شهر تهران است با ساختمان های به شدت آسیب پذیر، که با قرار گرفتن تقریبا تمام این شهر بر روی گسل در معرض خطر می باشد. از دیگر مشکلات این شهر، افزایش جمعیت، وسایل نقلیه، بافت های فرسوده و... که موجب ایجاد آلودگی های زیست محیطی و ناپایداری شهر و نگرانی ساکنان و مدیران شهری شده و آن ها را به اندیشه واداشته است، که به ارائه راهکارهایی جهت برطرف نمودن مشکلات این شهر بخصوص معضلات زیست محیطی ناشی از بافت های فرسوده در این کلان شهر بپردازند. این پژوهش در راستای بهبود وضعیت به ارزیابی آگاهی های زیست محیطی کارشناسان نوسازی بافت فرسوده در شهر تهران پرداخته است. پژوهشی از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق توصیفی با رویکرد پیمایشی که دارای حجم نمونه با جامعه آماری یکسان است و آگاهی آن ها را از هفت جنبه زیست محیطی مورد بررسی قرار گفته و نتایج نشان داده است که آگاهی های زیست محیطی کارشناسان به جز از جنبه مفاهیم محیط زیست در سایر جنبه ها مطلوب نمی باشند و در جنبه های مختلف بین کارشناسان زن و مرد متفاوت است. همچنین میزان آگاهی نقش تعیین کننده ای در نگرش کارشناسان دارد.Evaluating worn tissue repair-experts’ awareness of environmental issues
The center of the political, economic and cultural buildings in Iran is Tehran, where almost the entire city is on a fault and is at risk. Other problems such as over-population, vehicles, worn tissue, etc. cause environmental pollution and unsustainable city residents ; therefore, city managers are too much worried. That has led them to think and provide strategies to solve problems, particularly in the context of environmental problems caused by the wear in the metropolis. This study aimed to evaluate the improvement of environmental awareness in Tehran of those who were worn tissue repair experts. Applied research and descriptive research methods have been deployed. The awareness of the seven aspects of the environment of these experts were attempted and the results are shown in this research. The concepts of environmental awareness of environmental experts were shown to have been satisfactory, but in other aspects they were recognized as unaware. Experts were found in various aspects to differ by gender. Knowledge also plays a significant role in the perception of these experts.
