چکیده
مقدمه: برای سنجش میزان توسعه و درجه جهانی شدن شهرها از معیارهای گوناگونی استفاده می شود. با وجود تلاش های گسترده برای تعیین معیارهایی برای شناخت و تفکیک این شهرها، تاکنون مبنای نظری و تجربی واحدی برای شناخت شهرهای جهانی فراهم نشده است. یکی از راههای اساسی و مهم برای شناخت خصوصیات شهرهای جهانی و میزان حرکت شهرها بسوی توسعه و جهانی بودن، توصیفات و شاخصه هایی است که توسط محققان مختلف ارائه می شوند. هدف : اهمیت این تحقیق از آنروست که با تاکید بر اندیشه های جان فریدمن راه های رسیدن به توسعه و پیشرفت را نشان می دهد و باتوجه به معیارهای برجسته شهر جهانی، حرکت بسوی شهر جهانی را هموار می سازد. روش شناسی: این تحقیق بنیادی با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی درصد بیان و بررسی نظریه های ارائه شده توسط محقق برجسته جان فریدمن، پیرامون مشخصه های شهرهای جهانی و چگونگی رسیدن به شهر جهانی است. فریدمن معتقد است سه شهر جهانی لندن، نیویورک و توکیو، با در دست داشتن اقتصادی بزرگ نقش فرماندهی و رأس هرم سلسله مراتب شهری را به خود اختصاص داده اند. یافته ها: با استناد به نتایج تحقیق می توان گفت: شهر باید ویژگی پویابودن خود را نشان دهد. هر کلانشهری که در سطح بین المللی یا جهانی در یکی از حوزه های اقتصاد، فرهنگ و سیاست بتواند تأثیرگذار باشد و به عنوان یک مرکز و قطب برتر، کارکردهایی نظیر فرماندهی، سلطه و کنترل بین المللی در فضای ژئوپلیتیکی خود را برعهده گیرد، می تواند دارای منزلت شهر جهانی باشد. نتیجه گیری: شهرها؛ باید به نظام هایی اقتصادی و اجتماعی در سازمان فضایی تبدیل شوند و حرکت بسوی توسعه و درنهایت شهر جهانی بر اساس داشتن سه شاخص اساسی است که عبارتند از: 1-فعالیت ادارات مرکزی شرکت ها، 2-مراکز مالی، 3-شهرهای مفصلی یا پیوند.Measuring the Degree of Development and Degree of Globalization of Cities With Emphasis on John Friedman's Thought
Introduction: Various criteria are used to measure the degree of development and globalization of cities. Despite extensive efforts to determine criteria for recognizing and distinguishing these cities, so far, a single theoretical and empirical basis for recognizing global cities has not been provided. One of the basic and important ways to know the characteristics of global cities and the degree of movement of cities towards development and globality is the descriptions and indicators provided by different researchers. Objectives: The importance of this research is due to the fact that by emphasizing the ideas of John Friedman, it shows the ways to achieve development and progress, and according to the prominent criteria of the global city, it smoothes the movement towards the global city. Methodology: This is a fundamental research with a descriptive-analytical method of expressing and examining the theories presented by the prominent researcher John Friedman, about the characteristics of global cities and how to reach a global city. Friedman believes that the three global cities of London, New York and Tokyo, with their large economic holdings, have taken the commanding role and the top of the urban hierarchy. Result and Discussion: Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the city should show its dynamism. Any metropolis that can be influential at the international or global level in one of the fields of economy, culture and politics and as a superior center and pole can assume functions such as international command, domination and control in its geopolitical space. To have the status of a global city. Conclusion: cities; They should be transformed into economic and social systems in the spatial organization, and the movement towards development and finally a global city is based on having three basic indicators, which are: 1- the activity of the central offices of companies, 2- financial centers, 3- detailed cities or link.
