چکیده
جو اخلاقی بسیار بااهمیت است، چراکه تثبیت کننده رفتارهای صحیح اینگونه رفتارها با تأثیرگذاری بر رابطه بین رهبران پدرسالارانه و کارکنان در مقایسه با سایر رویکردهای رهبری، منجر به ارتباط بهتر بین کارکنان با رهبران می شود؛ بنابراین چنین روابطی مبتنی بر اخلاق می تواند به ایجاد یک جو اخلاقی در سازمان های آموزشی کمک کند. از اینرو، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر رهبری پدرسالارانه بر جو اخلاقی با میانجی گری تفویض اختیار و هویت سازمانی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جامعه آماری متشکل از کارکنان ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش استان های شمالی کشور (استان گلستان، مازندران و گیلان) به تعداد 3301 نفر می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Smart-PLS استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که روابط مستقیم بین متغیرها معنادار است. همچنین، نقش میانجی تفویض اختیار و هویت سازمانی در بین رهبری پدرسالارانه بر جو اخلاقی تأیید گردید. می توان گفت که رهبری پدرسالارانه در کنار تفویض اختیار و هویت سازمانی نقش سازنده در جو اخلاقی خواهند داشت.The effect of patriarchal leadership on the moral climate mediated by the delegation of authority and organizational identity in the general education departments of the northern provinces of the country
Ethical climate is very important, because stabilizing the correct behaviors of such behaviors by influencing the relationship between patriarchal leaders and employees compared to other leadership approaches, leads to better communication between employees and leaders; Thus, such ethical relationships can help create an ethical atmosphere in educational organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of patriarchal leadership on the moral climate mediated by delegation of authority and organizational identity. This research is applied in terms of purpose and correlation method based on structural equation model. The statistical population consists of 3301 employees of the general education departments of the northern provinces of the country (Golestan, Mazandaran and Gilan provinces). Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart-PLS software were used to analyze the data. The results of path analysis showed that direct relationships between variables are significant. Also, the mediating role of delegation of authority and organizational identity among patriarchal leadership on the moral climate was confirmed. It can be said that patriarchal leadership, along with delegating authority and organizational identity, will play a constructive role in the moral atmosphere.
