ارائه الگوی مدیریتی انقلابی در تراز جامعه اسلامی ازدیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش: پژوه ش حاض ر ب ه طراح ی الگ وی مدیریت انقلابی در جامع ه اس لامی مبتن ی ب ر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری از سال 1390 لغایت سال1400 شمسی پرداخت ه اس ت. روش پژوهش: روش انج ام ای ن پژوه ش به ص ورت کیف ی انج ام ش د؛ اس تخراج داده ه ا و مؤلفه ه ا ب ا روش تحلیل مضمون از اس تخراج مؤلفه ه ا می باشد که با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA نس بت ب ه ترس یم ش بکه مضامی ن اق دام ش ده است. یافته ها: با مطالعه عمیق بیانات مقام معظم رهبری حضرت آیت الله العضمی سید علی خامنه ای (مدظله العالی )مضامینی ک ه مع رف مدیرانقلابی در جامع ه اس لامی بودن د، بصورت کدگذاری باز،محوری وگزینشی جمع آوری شدند. نهایت ا کدهای استخراج شده به روش تحلیل مضمون از مجموع 50سخنرانی در قالب 66کد باز ، 50 مضمون پایه و 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده طبقه بندی شدند، حاص ل کار به ص ورت الگ وی مدیریت انقلابی در مدیری ت جامع ه اسلامی ارائه شد. که شامل یک مضمون فراگیر بنام مدیر انقلابی و 5 شاخص اعتقادی،سیاسی ، شغلی ، اقتصادی و شخصیتی یک مدیر انقلابی شناسایی شد ش ایان ذکر اس ت، مدیری ت درست و به موقع ای ن ش اخص ها و نی ز مؤلفه ه ای آنه ا منج ر ب ه تعال ی جامع ه اس لامی خواه د ش د ک ه شایس ته اس ت موردتوج ه کلیه خط مش گذاران سیاسی و مدی ران کش ور ق رار گی رد.Presenting a revolutionary management model at the level of Islamic society from the perspective of the Supreme Leader (Modzaleh Al-Aali)
The main purpose of the study: The present study has been designed to design a model of revolutionary management in an Islamic society based on the statements of the Supreme Leader from 2011 to 1400 AD. Research Method: The method of this research was qualitative; Extraction of data and components by content analysis method is extraction of components, which has been done using MAXQDA software to draw the content network. Findings: By deeply studying the statements of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei (as), the topics that were introduced by the revolutionary leaders in the Islamic society were collected in an open, pivotal and selective coding. Finally, the codes extracted by content analysis method were classified from a total of 50 lectures in the form of 66 open codes, 50 basic themes and 5 organizing themes. The work was presented as a model of revolutionary management in the management of the Islamic society. Which includes a comprehensive theme called revolutionary leader and 5 beliefs, political, professional, economic and personality indicators of a revolutionary leader were identified. It should be considered by all political advisors and managers of the country.
