نقد نظریه موصلی در کفر منکران امامت (مقاله پژوهشی حوزه)

چکیده
عبدالله موصلی، از نویسندگان وهابی، کتابی علیه شیعه نوشته و در نخستین بخش های آن ادعا کرده است شیعه کسانی را که به امامت معتقد نیستند، کافر می داند! وی در این راستا، تعدادی از احادیث و اقوال علمای شیعه را در تأیید ادعای خود ذکر کرده است. بنابراین، در این مقاله به دو صورت، ادعای وی پاسخ داده شده؛ «نقضی» و «حلّی». در پاسخ نقضی اشاره شده که وهابیان خود سردمدار تکفیر مسلمانان اند. در پاسخ حلی نیز، ضمن واکاوی معنای واژه «کفر» و برشمردن معانی مختلف آن، نتیجه گرفته شده که شیعه در مواجهه با دیگر مذاهب اسلامی، کفر را در معنای خروج از دین به کار نمی برد؛ چراکه کفری موجب خروج از دین است که عملی باشد؛ در صورتی که عباراتی که موصلی به آنها استناد کرده، در صدد اثبات کفر عملی نیستند. در ادامه فرازهایی از علمای شیعه ای که موصلی آنان را نامسلمان شمارنده اهل سنت دانسته بود و همچنین برخی از دیگر علما، مبنی بر مسلمان دانستن غیر شیعه آورده شد. ازاین رو شیعه تکفیری نیست و به تکفیر غیر خود مبادرت نمی ورزد.The al-Mussali Theory of Imamate Deniers’ Infidelity: A Critique
Abdullah al-Mussali, a Wahhabi author, wrote a book against Shiites, alleging in the opening parts of the book that Shiites regard those, who do not believe in Imamate, as unbelievers. In support of his assertion, he quotes a number of hadiths and sayings from Shiite academics. His claim received two responses: rejection and solution. In the former response, the Wahhabis are claimed to be the pioneers of takf ī r of Muslims. In the later response, while enumerating and analyzing the various meanings of the term “ kuf r” (infidelity), it is concluded that Shiites do not use it in the sense of leaving religion in the face of other Islamic religions, because that infidelity causes one to leave the religion, which is practical; while the statements cited by al-Mussali are not intended to prove the practical infidelity. Then, the book quotes some phrases from the Shiite scholars, whom al-Mussali claims call the Sunnis non-Muslim. The book also quotes some other scholars, who call non-Shiites Muslims. Therefore, Shiites are not t ā kfiri and do not attempt to make others t ā kfiri.
