زمینه و هدف: این تحقیق در پی پاسخ به این سوال اساسی بوده است که برنامه درسی (تفصیلی) آزمون شده رسته انتظامی در مراکز آموزش درجه داری، تا چه حد در توانمندسازی فراگیران این مراکز، در اجرای ماموریت های محوله موثر بوده است؟ مواد و روش ها: در این راستا اثربخشی بیرونی برنامه درسی مذکور در سطوح سوم و چهارم الگوی ارزشیابی آموزشی کرکپاتریک سنجیده شده است. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی است که به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با طیف لیکرت است که توسط نمونه ای از فراگیران درجه داری رسته انتظامی و فرماندهان بلافصل آنها تکمیل گردیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق متشکل از فراگیران درجه داری (N=295) و فرماندهان بلافصل آنان (N=36) است. از گروه اول بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان یک نمونه 170 نفری انتخاب شد و از گروه دوم به صورت تمام شماری پرسشگری شده است.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که برنامه تفصیلی دوره آموزشی فراگیران درجه داری در ابعاد توسعه دانش، مهارت و نگرش، تسهیل انطباق در محیط کار و تسهیل یادگیری در محیط کار از کفایت مطلوب برخوردار نبوده است ولی از حداقل کفایت لازم برخوردار بوده است.

Assessing Faculty Members’ Curriculum Orientations: A Case Study of University of Kurdistan

The purpose of the present study is to measure the dominant curriculum orientation of faculty members at University of Kurdistan. In terms of purpose, this is applied study, and in terms of data collection methods, it is a descriptive survey. The target population consisted of all faculty members who were teaching during the 2014-2015 academic year at University of Kurdistan. To collect the data, the census method was employed due to the limited number of the participants. The data collection tools were the “curriculum orientations inventory (COI)” developed by Cheung and Wong (2002) and modified by Mahlios, Rice and Thomas (2004). The results of the study showed that cognitive process and academic rationalism were the most dominant orientations of the faculty members. The results also showed that there is a positive relationship between the faculty members' curriculum orientation and their expertise.

Identifying and Ranking the Dimensions of Resonant Leadership with the Curriculum Planning Approach in Schools of Education of Mazandaran Province

Purpose : This Research was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking the dimensions of resonant leadership with the curriculum planning approach in schools of education of Mazandaran province. Methods : This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of survey. The study population was school managers of Mazandaran province in the 2018-19 academic years with number of 4865 people. The research sample according to Cochran's formula was estimated 359 people who were selected based on multi-step cluster sampling method with respect to the ratio of courses. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by expert’s opinion and tool construct validity was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was calculated 0.87 by Cronbach’s alpha method. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and Friedman test in SPSS software version 19. Finding : The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that the dimensions of resonant leadership with the curriculum planning approach in schools had five leadership dimensions including the coaching (5 items), linking (5 items), psychological (5 items), democratic (4 items) and deep-view (4 items) that these five dimensions together were able to explain 80.04% of the total variance. The results of Friedman test showed that the leaderships dimensions of coaching, linking, psychological, democratic and deep-view had higher ranks, respectively. Conclusion : Based on the results of the present study, in order to improve resonant leadership with the curriculum planning approach, can be improved the leaderships dimensions of coaching, linking, psychological, democratic and deep-view, respectively via workshops.

One of the most important basic human issues is the education, which has always been considered by many thinkers. The issue of education has gone a long way from the past to the present; so that in the contemporary world, it has entered new realms with the emergence of new schools such as pragmatism and postmodernism. One of the most important of these arenas is the emergence of critical thinking in the field of education. Critical education is a theory in the field of education that emphasizes the development of critical thinking and knowledge of students, and the curriculum elements are designed in such a way that critical knowledge of political, cultural, economic and social developed in it. Thinkers such as Paulo Freire , Henry Giroux, Michael Apple, Jurgen-Habermas and Peter McLaren, who plotted and made their point of view. The present research sought to determine the main elements of the curriculum of critical education based on the views of theorists on this field. Identifying the philosophical and social foundations and determining the main elements of the curriculum, such as the role of school, teacher, student, and evaluation, finding teaching methods and curriculum content in critical education, emphasizing the notion of prominent scholars of this field were among the goals of this research. First, the critical theory of the Frankfurt School and then the foundations and elements of the curriculum in postmodernism and critical education were examined and then the views and ideas of the major theorists of this field were analyzed. The findings of this research made it clear that prominent scholars of this field followed humanists in their philosophical and psychological foundations and to achieve their educational goals, which were critical awareness, propose a problem and in this case, dialogue played an essential role.

Introduction: The main purpose of this research is investigating the attitude of educational managers toward Pluralistic Curriculum. Methodology: To achieve this goal, the research method combined with the exploratory approach is used. The research method was the grand theory in the qualitative section, and survey in the quantitative part. Based on purposeful sampling, 30 school principals who were expert in this area, selected and were interviewed using the in-depth interview method. The interview continued until the theoretical saturation point. In the quantitative part, according to the results obtained from the previous studies the target group interviews, a questionnaire prepared by the researcher and used. In the qualitative section, the acquisition of credibility, through believability, transferability and verifiability were achieved. In the coding processes to increase the trust two encoders were used. Three types of open, axial and selective coding were used in the method of data analysis in the qualitative section. The factor analysis and Friedman test were also used in the quantitative part. Findings: The result of the research revealed that from the viewpoint of educational managers, the pluralistic curriculum has five components, including racial and ethnic inequality, linguistic diversity, gender inequality, social inequality, and religious diversity. Conclusion: The dimensions of the pluralistic curriculum in comparison with the existing situation that, consisting of two components including racial and ethnic inequality and gender inequality, has five components, including racial and ethnic inequality, linguistic plurality, gender inequality, social inequality, and the Religious diversity.

Purpose: Today, countries around the world have come to realize that a wide range of skills, thinking skills and basic skills are needed to prepare students for an unpredictable future. To achieve this, learners must expand their awareness of themselves as thinkers and learners, practice strategies for effective thinking, and develop the thinking skills they need throughout their lives, because thinking and thinking are at the beginning of any Production and construction in the human world. The new education is trying to provide children with the necessary curriculum preparation through the various curricula. Teaching philosophy to children is one of the ways that has been considered in recent years for thinking and reasoning. Methodology: The purpose of this study was fundamental and in terms of data collection, it was a descriptive survey and it was a qualitative research in terms of content analysis and foundation data method. All elementary school students in the city of Sari were the community of research experts who had at least one elementary school teacher. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 people using snowball sampling. Findings: The results of the content analysis and dimensional data analysis method showed that teaching philosophy included teaching how to think, teaching to ask, how to ask. Emphasis on the rightness of thought, on right thinking, on the transfer of philosophical thoughts to learners. Conclusion: Involving children in teaching philosophy has both cognitive effects and increased self-esteem, self-efficacy, social intelligence, emotional intelligence and perhaps transferable skills. It is effective in reducing anxiety, enhancing positive behaviors in the classroom, promoting positive self-concept, cultivating emotional adjustment, and reducing irrational thinking

Studying the Social Health of Students with an Emphasis on Curriculum Planning(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The concept of social health along with other aspects of health, including physical, mental and spiritual has a special place. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of studying the social health of students with an emphasis on curriculum planning. Methodology: The research method in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was survey. The statistical population in this study were included all 5,200 students of the second high school in Lordegan city. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula 357 people, which this number were selected by available sampling method. Data was collected with Keyes social health questionnaire (1998) with five components of social flourishing, social correlation, social cohesion, social acceptance and social participation, which its validity was confirmed by experts (mentors and advisors, specialists and research experts) and its reliability was confirmed by the method Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.78. The data were analyzed with using mean, Friedman test and independent t-test methods in SPSS software. Findings: The findings showed that 7 questionnaires were removed from the analysis due to incompleteness and analyzes were performed for 350 people. Also, the amount of social health was below average, the amount of social correlation, social acceptance and social participation was below average and the amount of social flourishing and social cohesion was above average. Among the components of social health, respectively the amount of social cohesion, social participation, social acceptance, social flourishing and social correlation was higher among students. In addition, the average social health of male students was higher than female students (P<0.05). Conclusion: In general, the results indicated an unfavorable state of social health in students, especially in female students. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt curriculum planning in the educational environment to improve their social health.
