طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی سبک زندگی ایرانی - اسلامی در مکتب شهید سلیمانی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر ، با هدف ارائه الگوی سبک زندگی ایرانی - اسلامی در مکتب تربیتی شهید سلیمانی انجام شد. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی-کمی بود .در بخش کیفی از رویکرد فرا ترکیب و در بخش کمی از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی جهت برازش الگوی پیشنهادی استفاده شد. از تحلیل 57 مورد سخنرانی و مصاحبه مورد مطالعه ، تعداد 3 بعد شامل فردی، بعد اجتماعی و بعد سیاسی ، شش معیار و 23 مقوله استخراج گردید. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که الگوی سبک زندگی ایرانی - اسلامی در مکتب تربیتی شهید سلیمانی نگاهی کلان به مفهوم تربیت دارد و بعد فردی و اجتماعی مهمترین مولفه های الگوی سبک زندگی ایرانی - اسلامی در مکتب تربیتی شهید سلیمانی است. در بخش کمی جهت اعتبارسنجی الگوی پیشنهادی جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران مدارس متوسطه دولتی شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401بود که با استفاده از معادله کوکران، تعداد نمونه های مورد بررسی برابر با 175 نفر ارزیابی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته های پژوهش ازنرم افزار Smart-PLS3 و SPSS22 استفاده شد . نتایج پژوهش ، اعتبار الگوی سبک زندگی ایرانی-اسلامی براساس دیدگاه مدیران متوسطه شهر کرمان را نشان داد.Planning and validation of Iranian-Islamic lifestyle model in Shahid Soleimani educational school
Aim: The present research aims to present a model of Iranian-Islamic lifestyle within the educational framework of Martyr Soleimani.Method: The research utilized a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative section, a meta-synthesis approach was employed, while confirmatory factor analysis was utilized in the quantitative section to validate the proposed model. From the analysis of 57 speeches and interviews, three dimensions were extracted: individual, social, and political, along with six criteria and 23 categories. In the quantitative section, to validate the proposed model, the statistical population consisted of managers of public high schools in Kerman city during the academic year 2021-2022. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined to be 175 participants. For data analysis, Smart-PLS3 and SPSS22 software were utilized.Findings and Results: The results indicated that the Iranian-Islamic lifestyle model in Martyr Soleimani's educational framework adopts a holistic perspective on the concept of education, with the individual and social dimensions being the most significant components of this model. The findings of the research demonstrated the validity of the Iranian-Islamic lifestyle model based on the perspectives of high school managers in Kerman city.
