چکیده
دیدگاه ها و اندیشه های رهبران و نخبگان یک کشور می تواند نقشه راهی را در جهت تحقق اهداف و منافع ملی ترسیم نماید. در این میان مکتب سپهبد شهید علی صیاد شیرازی، ضرورت امروز کشور ما با توجه به هجمه های گسترده دشمن است و از آن می توان به عنوان الگوی عملی بخش های مدیریتی و اجرایی در کش ور بهره گرفت. در همین راستا این پژوهش، شاخص های مکتب تربیتی و اخلاقی شهید سپهبد علی صیاد شیرازی در نظام ج.ا.ایران را موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار داده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر فایده و هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی، ازنظر رویکرد از نوع کیفی بر پایه پارادایم تفسیری و ازنظر ماهیت و نوع مطالعه از نوع اکتشافی است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش «داده بنیاد» است که بر اساس آن و در راستای اهداف پژوهش به صورتی هدفمند و نظام مند به گونه ای که بتوان عصاره ی مکتب تربیتی و اخلاقی سپهبد شهید علی صیاد شیرازی را استخراج، مفهوم سازی، مقوله سازی و سپس مدل پردازی نمود، موردبررسی و تحلیل قرارگرفته است. در همین راستا، در مرحله اول، تعداد 216 گزاره در قالب 193 مفهوم استخراج شد. در مرحله دوم 31مقوله فرعی دسته بندی و احصاء گردیدند. در مرحله سوم بر اساس الگوی نظریه استراوس کوربین و 6 مقوله اصلی آن، مدل نظام مند مکتب تربیتی – اخلاقی شهید صیاد شیرازی جهت تدوین دکترین و استراتژی های سیاسی، فرهنگی، امنیتی و دفاعی کشور در راستای مواجهه با جنگ پیچیده و ترکیبی دشمن ارائه گردیده است.Presenting the systematic model of the educational-ethical school of Lieutenant General Martyr Ali Sayad Shirazi based on the model (Strauss Corbin)

In this regard, this research has examined and analyzed the indicators of the educational and moral school of Martyr Lieutenant General Ali Sayad Shirazi in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The current research is applied research in terms of benefit and purpose, The research method of this research is "foundation data" based on which and in line with the goals of the research in a purposeful and systematic manner in such a way that the extracts of the educational and moral school of Lieutenant General Martyr Ali Sayad Shirazi can be extracted, conceptualized, categorized and then modeled, examined and The analysis is done. In this regard, in the first stage, 216 propositions were extracted in the form of 193 concepts. In the second stage, 31 subcategories were categorized and counted.
