بررسی راهکارهای پیشگیری از تعرض به کارکنان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی راهکارهای پیشگیری از تعرض به مأموران دریابانی هنگام انجام وظیفه و به منظور ارتقای سطح ایمنی و کاهش آسیبپذیری انجام شد. در این راستا محقق با طرح این سؤال که (مؤثرترین راهکارهای پیشگیری از تعرض به مأموران هنگام انجام وظیفه کدام است؟) به بررسی موضوع پرداخته است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات، بررسی اسنادی، پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با کارشناسان و کارکنان بود. جامعه نمونه شامل تعداد 80 نفر از کارکنان دریابانی بوده که به طور تصادفی با استفاده از روش مورگان از کل جامعه آماری انتخاب شد. با اتکا به مبانی نظری، پرسشنامهای با 26 سؤال مرتبط با فرضیه تحقیق طراحی، که پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی، بین جامعه نمونه توزیع گردید. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین رتبه مربوط به راهکارهای پیشگیری وضعی از تعرض علیه مأموران دریابانی و گزینه (استفاده از تجهیزات و نیروی متناسب با نوع مأموریت و تشدید برخورد مقامات قضایی و تصویب قوانین متناسب به منظور برخورد با متخلفان و اعمال کنندگان تعرض علیه مأموران بویژه تصویب قانون بهکارگیری سلاح متناسب با مأموریتهای دریابانی) میباشد. در مجموع تأثیر کلی گزینههای پیشگیری وضعی (استفاده از تجهیزات و نیروی متناسب با نوع مأموریت و تشدید برخورد مقامات قضایی) بیشترین تأثیر را در پیشگیری از تعرض علیه مأموران دریابانی داشته است که مؤید فرضیه تحقیق میباشد.Investigating Strategies to Prevent Assaulting Employees
This research aims to identify strategies to prevent assaulting marine agents on duty and in order to enhancing safety level and decreasing vulnerability. The researcher has investigated the matter by asking the question that what the most effective strategies to prevent assaulting employees on duty are. The method used was descriptive analytic and tools for gathering data, document investigation, questionnaire and interview with experts and staff. The population was 80 marine agents that had been selected randomly and by Morgan's method. Base on theoretical foundations a questionnaire with 26 questions related to research's hypothesis which after proving its reliability and validity was distributed between the populations. Results showed that the greater rank belongs to strategies to prevent assaulting marine agents and using the option using the right equipment and right human recourses adequate with the type of mission and intensify judicial authorities and the adoption of appropriate laws to deal with violators and committers aggression against officers and the law related to using the right weapon for agents appropriate with their mission. In total the total impact prevention options using the right equipment and right human recourses adequate with the type of mission has the most effect on preventing assaulting marine agent which has accepted the hypothesis.
