نقش زنان و دختران در توسعه ایران (مطالعه موردی توسعه در ج.ا.ا)

چکیده
یکی از مسائلی که در ماه های اخیر از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار شده است، نقش زنان و دختران در عرصه های مختلف زندگی اجتماعی است. امروزه زنان و دختران ایرانی در زمینه های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی نقش مهمی را ایفا می کنند. در این میان، یکی از مهم ترین عوامل زمینه ساز چنین پیشرفتی در جامعه نقش زنان است، درگذشته زنان ایران به دلیل وجود برخی مشکلات و محدودیت های زیاد از این امکانات برخوردار نبودند اما امروزه نقش آن ها رو به فزونی بوده است. به لحاظ تاریخی، شاید بتوان گفت یکی از اولین قدم های زنان در توسعه در ایران، در زمان قاجاریه بوده است که در این دوره زنان برای رسیدن به مقام و جایگاهی مهم در جامعه تلاش فراوانی کردند. و از آنجایی که برخوردار بودن از سواد و تحصیلات و آموزش یکی از شرایط لازم برای تحقق این نقش بوده است، بنابراین در توسعه آن کوشیدند. مقاله حاضر در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال است که زنان و دختران در توسعه ایران در عرصه های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی چه نقشی دارند؟ نویسنده در پاسخ به این سوال به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی این فرضیه را مطرح کرده است که زنان نقش بسزایی را در توسعه ایران دارند. همچنین یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد، باتوجه به شاخص های بهداشتی، آموزشی، مشارکت اجتماعی و ... زنان ایرانی حضور تعیین کننده ای در عرصه های مختلف سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و ... داشته و در شرایطی به مراتب بهتری، نسبت به اغلب کشورهای درحال توسعه منطقه ای و اسلامی قرار دارند.The Role of Women and Girls in the Development of Iran (A Case Study of Development in the Islamic Republic of Iran)
One of the issues that has become very important in recent months is the role of women and girls in various fields of social life. Today, Iranian women and girls play an important role in various economic, political, social and cultural fields. In the meantime, one of the most important factors underlying such progress in society is the role of women. In the past, Iranian women did not have these facilities due to the existence of many problems and limitations, but today their role has been increasing. Historically, it can be said that one of the first steps in the development of women in Iran was during the Qajar period, during which women made a lot of efforts to reach an important position in the society. And since having literacy and education is one of the necessary conditions to fulfill this role, so they tried to develop it. This article seeks to answer the question of what role do women and girls play in the development of Iran in various economic, political, social and cultural fields? In response to this question, the author has proposed the hypothesis that women play a significant role in the development of Iran in a descriptive-analytical way. Also, the findings of the research show that according to the indicators of health, education, social participation, etc., Iranian women have a decisive presence in various political, social, cultural fields, etc., and in much better conditions. Compared to most developing countries, they are regional and Islamic.
