چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی توسعه ی انسانی و دلالت های سیاسی آن در ساحت حکم رانی، با تطبیق بر جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. در این راستا و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، دلالت های سیاسی مفهوم توسعه ی انسانی بررسی شده و با ارائه ی یک صورت بندی مشخص از آن ها، ارتباط میان مفهوم توسعه ی انسانی و مفاهیم سیاسی موجود در شاخص های فرعی تبیین می گردد. پس از شرح مفهومی توسعه ی انسانی، شاخصه های فرعیِ توسعه ی انسانی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد تا نشان داده شود توسعه ی انسانی، حامل دلالت های سیاسی آشکار است. سپس مباحث مربوط به توسعه ی انسانی و حکم رانی و همچنین توسعه ی انسانی و امنیت انسانی تبیین می گردد. نتایج پژوهش نشان از آن دارد که تطور مفهوم توسعه ی انسانی موجب تحول عملی در ساحت های مختلف می شود. نمونه ی موردی و مثالی برای شاهد مثال نیز جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار داده شده که می توان گفت در شمار کامیاب ترین حکومت های غرب آسیا در شاخص های توسعه ی انسانی است.Human Development and Its Political Implications in Governance (The Case of the Islamic Republic of Iran)
The objective of this research is to examine the political implications of human development in the context of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Utilizing the descriptive and analytical method, this article explores the definition of human development and proposes a specific formulation that highlights the connection between human development and political concepts within secondary characteristics. Following a conceptual analysis of human development, the article delves into its secondary characteristics to demonstrate how it ensues political implications. The study also includes an exploration of the relationship between human development, governance, and human security. Through a case study of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which stands out as a unique government in West Asia in terms of human development indexes, the research findings reveal that the evolution of the concept of human development has led to significant advancements across various fields
