بررسی معیارهای صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان (مطالعه موردی) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی معیارهای صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان دوره ابتدایی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی با تاکید بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان پرند (160 نفر) تشکیل می دادند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول کرجسی مورگان استفاده شد و تعداد 113 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که گزینش آنها به شکل تصادفی – طبقه ای متناسب صورت گرفت .جمع آوری داده ها بر اساس پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش صلاحیت معلمان با ضریب الفای کرانباخ 87% و روایی صوری و محتوایی آن با نظرات اساتید متخصص و خبره تایید و انجام شد . تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی و نرم افزار SPSS 21 صورت پذیرفت .نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین کلی 11 معیار مطرح شده (4.38) از میانگین متوسط بالاتر بوده و معلمان از صلاحیت حرفه ای نسبتاً خوبی برخوردار بوده اند و همه معیارهای ارائه شده با کسب نمرات بالاتر از میانگین کلی 3 از معیارهای صلاحیت حرفه ای ایشان به شمار می روند و دو عامل فعالیت در جهت توسعه حرفه ای( با میانگین 7.73) و طرح ریزی و برنامه ریزی آموزشی(با میانگین 7.26) از مهم ترین و موثرترین عوامل و 2 عامل سنجش و برقراری ارتباط با نتایج یادگیری(با میانگین 4.39) و مشارکت در امور اجرایی و مدیریتی(با میانگین 4.35) از کم اهمیت ترین عوامل در صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان بوده است. واژه های کلیدی: معیارهای صلاحیت حرفه ای، معلمان دوره ابتدائیAssessing professional qualifications of primary school teachers
The purpose of this research was to study elementary teachers’ professional competence. The research method was descriptive-correlation with emphasis to structural equation. The population of this research was consisted of elementary teachers(160persons) that based on the morgans table the samples was 113 persons which were selected at random and stratified. a standard questionnaire (which title evaluation of teachers’ professional competence was used to collected the data with %87 Cronbach’s alpha. its face and content validity confirmed with the professors’ comments. The data analyze done with spss software and factor analysis. The results showed that the overall average of the 11 criteria (4.38) was higher than the average and teachers had relatively good professional competence. and all the criteria presented with scores higher than the overall average of 3 are the criteria of their professional competence.and the two factors of activity for professional development (with an average of 7.73) and educational designing and planning (with an average of 7.26) are the most important and effective Factors and 2 factors of measuring and communicating with learning outcomes (with an average of 4.39) and participation in administrative and managerial affairs (with an average of 4.35) have been the least important factors in the professional competence of teachers.
