چکیده
اسناد بالادستی، جزء مهم ترین اسناد مرتبط با حوزه فعالیت های فرهنگی که در بسیاری از تصمیمات و اقدامات مهم در حوزه فرهنگی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدلی جهت ارزیابی فعالیت های فرهنگی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی کشور بر مبنای اسناد بالا دستی است. روش تحقیق از نوع تفسیرگرایی و از نظر هدف یک بررسی کاربردی[1] و از نظر زمانی یک بررسی مقطعی[2] است. جامعه این پژوهش، شامل کلیه متخصصان حوزه فرهنگی شاغل در دانشگاه ها، مراکز آموزش عالی و حوزه های علمیه تا حد اشباع نظری می باشد. در این پژوهش از روش تئوری داده بنیاد با رهیافت نظام مند برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. داده های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با 18 نفر خبره که با روش نمونه گیری نظری انتخاب شده اند، گردآوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری MaxQDA استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد عوامل سازمانی شرایط لازم جهت شکل گیری عملکرد بالای فرهنگی دانشگاه را فراهم می کنند. دستاوردهای حاصل از تحقیق می تواند در راستای ارزیابی فعالیت های فرهنگی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی برمبنای اسناد بالادستی به کار رود.Presenting a Model for Evaluating the Cultural Activities of Islamic Azad University based on the above Documents
The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the evaluation of cultural activities in the Islamic Azad University of Iran based on upstream documents. This research is an applied study in terms of purpose and a cross-sectional study in terms of time. The statistical population was all cultural experts working in universities, higher education centers, seminaries and some experienced teachers to the point of theoretical saturation. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 18 experts selected by theoretical sampling method. MaxQDA statistical software was used to analyze the data. Data-based theory with a systematic approach was also used to analyze the data. According to the definitions of cultural performance of the university, there are two intrinsic categories including cultural-behavioral performance of the university and cultural-functional performance of the university. Each of the categories was categorized under the category of one of the intrinsic categories. The review of the studies confirmed the results. Finally, the high cultural performance of the university, along with organizational and extra-organizational contexts, creates a platform for achieving goals and achieves its great goals through organizational and extra-organizational strategies.
