چکیده
رضایت جنسی از لحاظ اهمیت در ردیف مسائل درجه اول یک زندگی زناشویی قرار دارند و سازگاری در روابط جنسی و تناسب و تعادل در مقدار تمایل جنسی در زن و مرد از مهمترین علل خوشبختی و موفقیت زندگی زناشویی و نشاط و سلامت زوجین است. با توجه به نقش تأثیر گذار مددکاران اجتماعی در این حوزه، شناخت چالش های پیش رو در ارائه ی مداخلات تخصصی مددکاری اجتماعی هدف این مطالعه محسوب می شود. این تحقیق کیفی به شیوه ی تحلیل محتوا در استان های تهران و لرستان در سال 1397 انجام گرفت، روش نمونه گیری در ابتدا هدفمند و سپس براساس داده ها تا زمان اشباع نظری با 21 مشارکت کننده ادامه یافت. داده ها به روش مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند جمع آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که چالش های ارائه ی خدمات مددکاری اجتماعی منتهی به رضایت جنسی زوجین را می توان در دو دسته ی موانع و بازدارنده ها و تسهیل کننده های ارائه ی خدمات طبقه بندی نمود. توجه ویژه ی سیاستگذران و مدیران برای برنامه ریزی در جهت تقویت پشتوانه ها و رفع موانع خدمت می تواند گام مؤثری در بهبود ارائه ی خدمات مددکاری اجتماعی ارائه شده به خانواده ها در زمینه ی مسائل جنسی باشد.Investigating the phenomenon of barriers and facilitators of social work interventions in the direction of couples' sexual satisfaction
Sexual satisfaction is one of the most important issues in a married life, and compatibility in sexual relations and balance in the amount of sexual desire in men and women is one of the most important reasons for the happiness and success of married life and vitality and health of couples. Considering the influential role of social workers in this field, the goal of this study is to recognize the challenges ahead in providing specialized social work interventions. This qualitative research was conducted by content analysis method in Tehran and Lorestan provinces, the sampling method was initially targeted and then continued based on the data until theoretical saturation with 21 participants. Data were collected and analyzed using semi-structured interviews. The findings of the research showed that the challenges of providing social work services leading to the sexual satisfaction of couples can be classified into two categories of obstacles and inhibitors and facilitators of service provision. The special attention of policymakers and managers for planning to strengthen supports and remove barriers to service can be an effective step in improving the provision of social work services provided to families in the field of sexual issues.
