چکیده
حقوق شهروندی و مدنی مجموعه ای از حقوق عمومی است که به شهروندان یک کشور با در نظر گرفتن دو اصل کرامت انسانی و عدالت تعلّق می گیرد. آثار ادبی در هر دوره تاریخی بیان کننده نگرش ها، آرمان ها و ارزش های یک قوم می باشند و خواسته های مدنی یکی از آموزه های اخلاقی و اجتماعی است که کم و بیش در این آثار دیده می شود. ملک الشعرا بهار یکی از شاعران مهم و تأثیرگذار در ادبیّات دوره مشروطه و پهلوی اول می باشد. اهمیّت این جستار در بررسی موشکافانه شاخص های خواسته های مدنی در دیوان اشعار بهار است که می تواند در تبیین الگوهای مناسب برای حاکمان مؤثّر باشد و همه اقشار جامعه را نسبت به شناخت حقوق و تکالیف خود آشنا سازد. مطالبه حقوق شهروندی در ایران از دوره مشروطه به شکل جدّی آغاز شد و ملک الشعرا بهار در کنار دیگر شاعران آن زمان، این خواسته ها را در اشعار خود انعکاس داده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی برجسته ترین خواسته های مدنی در اشعار محمدتقی بهار و نمود آن در گردشگری فرهنگی به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی صورت گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که شاخص ترین خواسته های مدنی در دیوان بهار یعنی آزادی، عدالت و حقوق زنان در کنار دیگر مقوله ها نظیر رفاه اجتماعی، رفاه اقتصادی، بخشش، علم آموزی، امنیّت و ... بیانگر اندیشه حق جویانه ی ملک الشعرا می باشد.اهداف پژوهش:بررسی آشنایی ملک الشعرای بهار با منشور حقوق شهروندی.بررسی اهمیت حقوق شهروندی در رونق گردشگری فرهنگی.سؤالات پژوهش:آیا ملک الشعرای بهار با منشور حقوق شهروندی آشنا بود؟رعایت حقوق شهروندی چه نقشی می تواند در توسعه گردشگری فرهنگی داشته باشد؟The Interdisciplinary Study of Civil Requisites and Requirements in the Poems of Malek o’Shoara Bahar and its manifestation in cultural tourism
Citizenship and civil rights are a set of public rights that are issued to citizens of a country considering two principles of human dignity and justice. In each historical period, literary works indicate attitudes, ideals and values of a people and civil requirements are one of the moral and social teachings that are seen in these works more or less. In Iran, citizenship rights requirements began seriously during the Constitutional period and together with other poets of that time, Malek o’Shoara reflected these requirements in his poems. This paper aimed to study the most striking civil requirements in the poems of Mohammed Taghi Bahar through descriptive-analytical method. The research findings indicate that the most distinctive civil requirements in Bahar’s poetical works namely freedom, justice and female rights together with other topics like social welfare, economical welfare, forgiveness, science learning, security and … infer Malek o’Shoara’s right-seeking thought.Research aims1.
