چکیده
یکی از الگوهای نوینی که برای بالندگی حرفه ای معلمان مورد توجه قرار گرفته، درس پژوهی است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی فرصت های قبل، حین و بعد از اجرای درس پژوهی مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان بندرعباس به انجام رسید. جامعه ی موردمطالعه ، کلیه ی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 1 شهر بندرعباس بود که تعداد 20 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با نمونه گیری هدف مند صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده ها، از روش تحلیل استقرایی با نظام کدگذاری استفاده شد. یافته ها و نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، سه مقوله ی فرصت تبادل تجربه، فرصت افزایش سطح دانشی و فرصت تغییر بینش حرفه ای به عنوان فرصت های قبل از درگیری عملی با درس پژوهی و سه مقوله ی ایجاد انگیزه برای افزایش بهره وری و بکارگیری یافته های مفید در کلاس، فرصت توسعه ی روحیه ی مسئولیت پذیری در کار گروهی و تغییر فرهنگ نظام یاددهی-یادگیری از انفرادی به گروهی به عنوان فرصت های حین و بعد از درگیری عملی با درس پژوهی احصا گردید.The Lived Experiences of Primary School Teachers from Implementing Opportunities of Lesson Research (a Case Study of Education and Training Office of the 1st District of Bandar Abbas City)
One of the new models that has been proposed and considered for the growth of teachers' professions through the teacher-centered research process is of research in teaching. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying opportunities before, during and after the research course of primary schools in Bandar Abbas. The study population was all primary school teachers in District 1 of Bandar Abbas, where 20 semi-structured interviews were conducted by purposive sampling. For data analysis, inductive analysis method with coding system was used. Findings and results showed that the three categories of opportunity to exchange experience, the opportunity to increase the level of knowledge and the opportunity to change professional insights as opportunities before practical engagement with the course and three categories of motivation to increase productivity and use useful findings in the classroom, the opportunity to develop responsibility. In group work and changing the culture of the teaching-learning system from individual to group, it was considered as opportunities during and after practical conflict with research.
