چکیده
فرهنگ واژه ای است چنان گسترده که تعاریف و توصیف ها و اندیشه های انسان را از آغاز تا کنون در خود جای داده می دهد.«فرهنگ بذر آن دانش و بَرِ آن خرد است». فرهنگ در واقع مجموعه ای از اندیشه های آفریده ی انسان در اعصار و قرون مختلف است. واژه ای دیرینه و کهن که هر قومی و ملتی که پیدا شده« برآن زده دامانی چند» و با رفتار و گفتار آن را شکل داده اند. بی شک فرهنگ هر قوم و ملتی شناسنامه ی ملی و هویتی آن جامعه است. اندیشمندان و فرهیختگان و صاحب نظران تعاریف و برداشت های گوناگون و مختلفی از مقوله ی فرهنگ و تمدن ارایه کرده اند. عرصه و میدان مفاهیم فرهنگی و نظریه هایی که بیان کرده اند از گستره ی فراوانی برخوردار است. این پژوهش کوشش نموده است قطره ای از دنیای تعاریف اندیشمندان و برداشت های فکری، ایده ها و اندیشه های آنان را درباره ی فرهنگ به شکل مروری ارایه دهد. امید است گامی کوچک در راستای نیاز پژوهشگران عرصه ی فرهنگ برداشته باشد.A review of several definitions of culture
Culture is a word so broad that it includes the definitions, descriptions and thoughts of man from the beginning until now. Culture is actually a collection of ideas created by humans in different ages and centuries. Undoubtedly, the culture of every people and nation is the national ID card and identity of that society. Thinkers, intellectuals and experts have presented various definitions and perceptions of the category of culture and civilization. The field of cultural concepts and theories that they have expressed has a wide range.
This research has tried to present a drop from the world of definitions of thinkers and their intellectual perceptions, ideas and thoughts about culture in a review form. It is hoped that a small step has been taken in line with the needs of researchers in the field of culture.
