شناسایی کشمکش های نقش جنسیتی و مالی زنان شاغل درگیر تعارضات زناشویی: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی کشمکش نقش جنسیتی و کشمکش مالی زنان شاغل درگیر تعارض زناشویی انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد. طی این مطالعه پژوهشگران، 10 زن شاغل درگیر تعارض زناشویی را در تابستان 1401 در شهر تهران با بهره گیری از نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب کرده و با سؤالاتی که از جمع بندی مرور ادبیات پژوهش و نظر اساتید روانشناسی و مشاوره خانواده و یک نفر متخصص در حوزه موضوع (زوج درمانگر) تدوین شده بود مورد مصاحبه نیم ساختاریافته قراردادند. بدین ترتیب داده ها جمع آوری شدند. تحلیل داده ها با روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی انجام گردید و نتایج منجر به شناسایی 2 مضمون اصلی تحت عناوین کشمکش مالی با مضامین فرعی (مرزبندی مالی، سوءاستفاده مالی، تفکرات غیرمنطقی مالی، عدم تمکین مالی و فردگرایی در تصمیم گیری های مالی) و کشمکش نقش ها با مضامین فرعی (نادیده گرفتن استقلال زن، زن ستیزی در تصمیم گیری های مالی و معاشرتی ، مرد ستیزی در تقسیم بندی وظایف ، منع مالکیت زن) شد. نتایج نشان داد که رفتارهای ناکارآمد مالی زنان در رابطه زناشویی منجر به تعارضات زناشویی می شود و همچنین بنا بر تجارب زیسته شرکت کنندگان، نگرش جنسیتی سنتی مردان در برخورد با مسائل گوناگون زندگی مشترک و دیدگاه نابرابر آنها نسبت به همسران خود، عامل مهمی در این اقدامات مالی ناکارآمد زنان است که عاملی برای ایجاد تعارضات زناشویی است.Identifying gender role and financial conflicts of working women involved in marital conflicts: a phenomenological study
The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying gender role conflict and financial conflict of working women involved in marital conflict. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and descriptive phenomenological method. In this study, the researchers selected 10 working women involved in marital conflict in the summer of 1401 in Tehran using targeted sampling And with the questions compiled from the review of research literature and the opinion of professors of psychology and family counseling and an expert in the subject area (couple therapist), they were subjected to a semi-structured interview. In this way, the data were collected. The data analysis was done with the seven-step Claizian method and the results led to the identification of 2 main themes under the headings of financial conflict with sub-themes (financial border, financial abuse, Irrational financial thoughts, Financial non-compliance and Individualism in financial decisions) and role conflict with Sub-themes (Ignoring the independence of women, Misogyny in financial and social decisions, Misogyny in the division of duties, Prohibition of women's ownership). The results showed that women's financial inefficient behaviors in marital relationship lead to marital conflicts and also according to the lived experiences of the participants, men's traditional gender attitude in dealing with various issues of joint life and their unequal views towards their wives is an important factor in these financial measures. It is the inefficiency of women that is the cause of marital conflicts.
