چکیده
این اقدام پژوهی یک استراتژی کلاس درس و مداخله برای تقویت استقلال در یادگیری دانش آموزان بزرگسال بازمانده ازتحصیل را بررسی می کند . همچنین مشکلات استقلال در یادگیری از طریق استفاده از ابزارهای آموزشی و پیگیری مداوم توسط معلمانی که به دنبال انتقال بیش از حد معلومات هستند را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد . این اقدام پژوهی شامل سه مرحله است :مرحله اول شامل شناخت نیازهای دانش آموزان ، شناسایی اهداف و طراحی منابع و ابزارهای ضروری است . مرحله دوم شامل استفاده از منابع و به کارگیری راهبردها و مرحله سوم شامل ارزیابی و تجزیه تحلیل نتایج برای تعیین اقدامات آینده است . نتایج حاکی از آن است که معلمان می توانند یک محیط کلاسی تسهیل کننده ایجاد کنند و با قرار دادن ساختارهایی برای راهنمایی دانش آموزان در درسهایشان از دانش آموزان مستقل ، خودراهبر و مستقل حمایت کنند .Enhancing independent learning in the chemistry classroom among adult dropout students: a classroom action research
Enhancing independent learning in the chemistry classroom among adult dropout students: a classroom action research This action research examines a classroom strategy and intervention to promote independence in learning for adult students who are left behind in education . It also examines the problems of independence in learning through the use of educational tools and continuous follow - up by teachers who seek to transfer too much information . This action research consists of three stages: The first stage includes recognizing the needs of students, identifying goals and designing necessary resources and tools . The second stage includes the use of resources and the application of strategies, and the third stage includes the evaluation and analysis of results to determine future actions . The results indicate that teachers can create a facilitating classroom environment and support independent, self - directed and independent students by placing structures to guide students in their lessons .
