به کارگیری رویکرد تحلیل مضمون در ارائه الگوی پیامدهای تحمل ابهام رهبران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف : پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی پیامدهای تحمل ابهام رهبران و طراحی الگوی جامعی از این پیامدها صورت گرفته است. طراحی/ روش شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش عبارتند از خبرگان دانشگاهی و خبرگان اجرایی وزارت نفت که تجربه تصمیم گیری و مدیریت در شرایط عدم اطمینان را دارند. نمونه آماری این پژوهش نوزده نفر بوده است. نمونه گیری این پژوهش، هدفمند و با روش گلوله برفی انجام شد. داده ها نیز از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان گردآوری گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از کدگذاری سه مرحله ای آتراید-استرلینگ و روش تحلیل شبکه مضامین استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش: بعد از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، پیامدهای تحمل ابهام رهبران در دو مضمون فراگیر پیامدهای فردی و پیامدهای سازمانی دسته بندی شدند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد پیامدهای فردی (شناختی، روانی و عملکردی) به همراه پیامدهای سازمانی (منابع انسانی، فرآیندی، بازار و مالی) انگیزه ای قوی برای توجه جدی سازمان ها به موضوع تحمل ابهام رهبران و تلاش برای ارتقای آن ایجاد می نماید. محدودیت ها و پیامدها : مطالعه در صنعت نفت با مختصات خاص این صنعت صورت گرفته است. بنابراین تعمیم پذیری نتایج پژوهش به سایر حوزه ها را با چالش مواجه می کند. پیامدهای عملی : الگوی پیامدهای تحمل ابهام رهبران به تبیین بهتر اهمیت و ضرورت برخورداری رهبران از تحمل ابهام کمک می کند. ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله : این مقاله با شناسایی پیامدهای تحمل ابهام رهبران و ارائه الگویی از آن ها به پژوهش های این حوزه می افزاید. نوع مقاله: مقاله پژوهشیمتن
Applying the Content Analysis Approach in Presenting a Model for Consequences of Leaders' Ambiguity Tolerance
Purpose : The present study aims to identify the consequences of leaders' ambiguity tolerance and design a comprehensive model of these consequences.
Design/ methodology/ approach: This research has been done with a qualitative approach which is the content analysis method. The statistical population of study includes academic experts and executive experts of the Ministry of Petroleum who have experience in decision making and management in the condition of uncertainty. The statistical sample of study was nineteen people. The sampling was purposeful and performed by snowball method. Data were collected through interviews with experts. For data analysis, three-step Attride-Stirling coding and theme network analysis method were used.
Research Findings: After analyzing the data, the consequences of leaders' ambiguity tolerance were categorized into two comprehensive themes, individual and organizational consequences. Findings showed that individual consequences (cognitive, psychological and functional) along with organizational consequences (human resources, process, market and finance) provide a strong incentive for organizations to pay serious attention to the leaders' ambiguity tolerance and their attempt to improve it.
Limitations & Consequences : The study has been done in the Petroleum industry that has specific characteristics. So the generalization of results to other areas is challenging.
Practical Consequences : The model of leaders' Ambiguity Tolerance helps to better explain the importance and necessity of leaders' ambiguity tolerance.
Innovation or value of the Article: what this article adds to the research in this field is identifying the consequences of leaders' Ambiguity Tolerance and providing a model of them.
