توسعه چهارچوب نظری ارزش در قنات ایرانی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
حفظ و ارتقای ارزش ها یکی از مهم ترین اهداف حفاظت میراث فرهنگی است که در گرو شناخت درست از آن هاست. قنات ایرانی یکی از آثار ارزشمندی است که در فهرست میراث جهانی به ثبت رسیده است. این اثر به دلیل درهم تنیدگی با بسیاری از لایه های سکونت گاه های بشری و محدوده ها ی زیست محیطی که در آن احداث شده اند، همواره محملی برای شکل گیری ارزش های متنوعی بوده است. به رغم وجود دسته بندی های متعدد، از ارزش های گونه های مختلف میراثی در اسناد و پژوهش های بین المللی و داخلی، تاکنون پژوهشی که به طور خاص به بازشناخت ارزش های قنات ایرانی، دسته بندی آن ها با دیدی جامع و ارائه چهارچوب نظری قابل کاربست در اقدامات حفاظتی بپردازد، انجام نشده است. هدف این مقاله، شناسایی و دسته بندی ارزش های مختلف در قنات ایرانی و ارائه آن ها در یک چهارچوب نظری است. برای دستیابی به چهارچوب نظری ارزش در قنات ایرانی سه پرسش طرح شد: نخست. اصلی ترین ارزش ها در قنات ایرانی کدام اند؟ دوم. این ارزش ها چه نسبتی با دسته بندی ارزش در ادبیات داخلی و بین المللی دارند؟ سوم. ارتباط این ارزش ها در چهارچوب نظری ارزش چگونه است؟ در این مقاله با بهره گیری از رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد تحلیل محتوا اسناد و پژوهش ها در دو حوزه ارزش و قنات ایرانی بررسی شد و سپس با روش استدلال منطقی چهارچوب نظری توسعه یافت. در این راستا آنچه اهمیت می یابد این است که قنات ایرانی بر اساس دو معیار از معیارهای شش گانه مرکز میراث جهانی که گویای ارزش های شناخته شده در عرصه بین المللی هستند معرفی شده، درحالی که این اثر با توجه به شکل گیری و بالندگی در بستر فرهنگی اجتماعی ایران، واجد ارزش های مهم محلی است که برای حفاظت از این اثر باید توأمان بازشناسی و تبیین گردند. نتایج این پژوهش ارزش های قنات ایرانی را در هفت دسته شامل ارزش های «زیبایی شناختی»، «فرهنگی اجتماعی»، «اقتصادی»، «فنی و مهندسی»، «بوم شناختی» و «عملکردی» ارائه، تعریف و زیر شاخه های هرکدام را تبیین کرد.Developing a Theoretical Framework of Heritage Value for the Persian Qanat
Protecting and improving values is among the major purposes pursued by cultural heritage conservation and requires a proper understanding of cultural heritage. The Persian Qanat is a valuable heritage inscribed on the World Heritage List. Because of their close ties with human settlements and the environment, Qanats have many values associated with them. Although there are different classifications of heritage value in national and international documents and research findings, little or no research is yet conducted on the values of Persian Qanats, a comprehensive classification, and a theoretical framework that could be applied to conservation practices. This research aims to identify and classify the values of the Persian Qanat and develop a theoretical framework. Three questions were posed in this study: a) What are the principal values of the Persian Qanat? b) How are these values related to the classification of values in national and international literature? c) What are the relationships between these values in the theoretical framework? This study adopts the qualitative approach and content analysis strategy to explore existing research. It later draws on logical reasoning to develop a theoretical framework. The Persian Qanat was nominated for inscription based on two of the six criteria of the World Heritage Center; however, its true values excel well above those and are associated with the sociocultural context of Iran. Optimal conservation of Qanats calls for an understanding of all these values. According to the findings of this study, seven value groups for the Persian Qanat are presented and defined: aesthetic, sociocultural, economic, technical and engineering, ecological, and functional, and their related sub-categories are also explained.
