چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی الزامات بکارگیری فناوری های نوین دیجیتال برای بهبود معیشت پایدار کشاورزان است. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه کشاورزان استان تهران بود که از فناوری های نوین دیجیتالی در مزارع خود استفاده نموده اند و تعداد آنان 112 نفر است. با توجه به محدود بودن تعداد کشاورزانی که از فناوری های نوین دیجیتالی استفاده نموده اند، همه آن ها به صورت سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری (SEM) به کمک نرم افزار Smart PLS3 صورت گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که الزامات آموزشی بکارگیری فناوری های نوین دیجیتال با ضریب مسیر 236/0 تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر بهبود معیشت پایدار کشاورزان دارد، همچنین الزامات اقتصادی با ضریب مسیر 234/0، الزامات ساختاری با ضریب مسیر 146/0، الزامات نهادی با ضریب مسیر 135/0، الزامات سیاست گذاری با ضریب مسیر 118/0، الزامات مدیریتی با ضریب مسیر 114/0 و الزمات مهارتی به کارگیری فناوری های دیجیتال با ضریب مسیر 104/0 بر معیشت پایدار تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.متن
The Requirements of Using Modern Digital Technologies in order to Improve the Sustainable Livelihood of Farmers (Study Case: Tehran Province)
The purpose of this research is to investigate the requirements of using new digital technologies in order to improve the sustainable livelihood of farmers. This research is a survey research. The statistical population of this research included all the farmers of Tehran province who have used modern digital technologies in their farms and their number is ۱۱۲. Due to the limited number of farmers who have used new digital technologies, all of them were surveyed using a census. Data analysis was done using the structural equation method (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS۳ software. The research findings show that the educational requirements of using new digital technologies with a path coefficient of ۰.۲۳۶ have a positive and significant effect on improving the sustainable livelihood of farmers, as well as economic requirements with a path coefficient of ۰.۲۳۴, structural requirements with a path coefficient of ۰.۱۴۶, institutional requirements with a path coefficient of ۰.۱۳۵, policy requirements with a path coefficient of ۰.۱۱۸, management requirements with a path coefficient of ۰.۱۱۴, and skill requirements for using digital technologies with a coefficient of ۰.۱۰۴ have a positive and significant effect on sustainable livelihood.
