نقش دبیران ایرانی در فرازمندی دیوانسالاری هنر و تمدن اسلامی عصر عباسی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هنر و تمدن اسلامی از آغاز پیدایش تا عصر حاضر تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی تکوین یافته است. در این میان ایرانیان نیز سهم بسزایی در این مسئله داشته اند. پس از فتح ایران، بستر مناسبی برای استفاده از تجارب دیوانی ایرانیان که از تجربه و سابقه تمدنی ممتازی در ملکداری و امور دیوانی برخوردار بودند، فراهم آمد. نقش دبیران ایرانی در دیوانسالاری عصر عباسی به درستی تبیین نشده است. دبیران ایرانی نه تنها پیش از عربی سازی دیوانسالاری اسلامی، مجریان و مدیران تشکیلات اداری و مالی دستگاه حکومتی بودند؛ بلکه نقش اصلی و اساسی را نیز در مرحله گذار از دیوانسالاری بومی به دیوانسالاری عربی بازی کردند. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با تکیه بر داده های منابع کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که هنر و تمدن ایرانی و دبیران ایرانی در فرازمندی دیوانسالاری در تمدن اسلامیِ عصر عباسی، نقش مهمی داشته اند. پایه های دیوانسالاری اسلامی از آغاز تأسیس تا مراحل تکمیلی و تکاملی آن توسط دبیران ایرانی و با اتکاء به میراث دیوانیِ ایران ساسانی گذاشته شد. ایرانیان با انتقال داده های تمدنی و هنری، نقش مهمی در هویت بخشی به هنر و تمدن در عصر عباسی بر عهده داشته اند. اهداف پژوهش تبیین سهم دیوانسالاری ایرانی، بر تکامل و پیدایش نهاد دربار و دیوان در خلافت عباسی. تبیین نقش ایرانیان در پیشرفت هنر در عصر عباسی. سؤالات پژوهش سهم ایرانیان در توسعه و تحکیم تشکیلات و دیوانسالاری در خلافت عباسی چیست؟ نقش ایرانیان در پیشرفت هنر در عصر عباسیان چگونه بوده است؟The role of Iranian teachers in the supremacy of the bureaucracy of Islamic art and civilization of the Abbasid era
After the conquest of Iran, a suitable platform was provided for the use of the court experiences of Iranians who had a distinguished experience and history of civilization in property and court affairs. What was the role of Iranian teachers in the supremacy of bureaucracy in the Islamic civilization of the Abbasid era? (Question) Iranian secretaries were not only the executives and managers of the administrative and financial organizations of the government before the Arabization of the Islamic bureaucracy, but also played a major role in the transition from the native bureaucracy to the Arab bureaucracy. (Hypothesis) Explaining the role of Iranian teachers in the supremacy of bureaucracy in the Islamic civilization of the Abbasid era, is the purpose of this article. (Objective) (Method) The foundations of Islamic bureaucracy from the beginning of its establishment to its complementary and evolutionary stages were laid by Iranian teachers, relying on the legacy of Sassanid Iran. (Finding). Research purposes : 1- Explaining the share of Iranian bureaucracy on the evolution and emergence of the court and court in the Abbasid Caliphate 2- Explaining the role of Iranians in the development of art in the Abbasid era Research questions: 1- What is the contribution of Iranians in the development and strengthening of the organization and bureaucracy in the Abbasid Caliphate? 2- What was the role of Iranians in the development of art in the Abbasid era?
