چکیده
پس از بروز بحران اقتصادی در اتحادیه اروپا، برخی از صاحب نظران راه نجات را در انحلال اتحادیه و برخی دیگر راه حل را در تقویت اتحادیه می دانند. نوشته حاضر، در پی توضیح دو گونه از مقررات و سیاست ها در جهت تقویت اتحادیه اروپا با رویکرد تقریب ملل است: اول. سیاست های فرهنگی و آموزشی؛ دوم. مقررات منطقه ای (با تأکید بر همکاری های مالی). اتحادیه اروپا با اتخاذ این مقررات و سیاست ها در پی نیل به شرایط لازم برای بقا، ثبات و ارتقای همبستگی های درون اتحادیه است.European Union's Regulations on the Approximation of Nations and the Achievement of European Federalism (With a Proposal for Iran)
After the economic crisis in Europe, some experts believe that the solution is the dissolution of the Union and some others believe by contrast, in strengthening the Union as a solution. This article will explain two types of regulations and policies to strengthen the Union with the approach of approximation of cultures and nations: first, policies on the culture and education. Secondly, regional regulations (with an emphasis on financial cooperation). The EU objective of these rules and policies is strengthening the unity of the Union.
