چکیده
در نگاه کلی، شبیه سازی به دو نوع شبیه سازی تولیدی یا شبیه سازی برای تولید مثل و شبیه سازی درمانی تقسیم بندی می شود. مشخص نبودن ابعاد علمی شبیه سازی، نوعی اجماع در مورد عدم امکان فعلی اجراء این فن برای تولید مثل انسان را موجب شده است. در این مقاله، پس از بیان کلی مفهوم شبیه سازی، به دلایل اخلاقی، فلسفی، اجتماعی و حقوقی ممنوعیت استفاده از این شیوه در مورد انسان حتی در فرض حل ابهامات علمی خواهیم پرداخت.Different Bases for Prohibiting Human Reproductive Cloning
At a general glance, cloning has divided to reproductive and therapeutic. Uncertainty in scientific aspects of cloning has induced a consensus in banning these techniques for reproduction of human being. In this paper, after a summary on the concept of cloning, ethical, philosophical, sociological and legal reasons for hypothesis of “Cloning Prohibition” has analyzed. Foundational supposition of this paper is: “stop cloning even if it is justified scientifically”.
