تأثیر سبک زندگی اسلامی بر الگوهای رفتاری کارکنان پلیس با مردم (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
دین اسلام که آموزههای آن به تمام ابعاد و زوایای زندگی انسان توجه داشته، و او را تا رسیدن به سعادت جاودان راهبری میکند، در سه سطحِ بینش، گرایش و کنش، الگوهایی را ارائه کرده است که براساس آن، میتوان در فرهنگهای گوناگون بشری، سبک زندگی اسلامی را پایهریزی کرد. در این پژوهش، کوشیدهایم بستری مناسب برای درک آموزههای اسلامی و الگوگیری از آنها فراهم آید. روش پژوهش حاضر روش توصیفی – تحلیلی میباشد؛ بدین معنا که ابتدا شاخصههای رفتاری مورد بحث (خوشرویی و گفتار نیک، خوش اخلاقی، پرهیز از خشم و غضب، رعایت عدالت، و انصاف، صحت عمل، داشتن صداقت) از نگاه منابع دینی اسلام یعنی قرآن، سنت نبوی (ص) و احادیث ائمه (ع) تبیین و توضیح داده شده است. سپس با وظایف پلیسی که در قانون جمهوری اسلامی تصویب شده، تطبیق داده شده است. در نهایت تأثیر سبک زندگی اسلامی در وظایف کارکنان ناجا تحلیل و بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان داد که برای تعهد اخلاقی کارکنان ناجا، نیروها در درجه اول باید از افراد ملتزم به فرهنگ دینی جامعه جذب ناجا شوند. در درجه دوم کارکنان ناجا از نظر معیشتی و نیازهای زندگی تأمین شوند، تا احتیاج و نیاز، نیروهای متعهد را به خطا وا ندارد. در درجه سوم با تبیین آموزههای اخلاقی و انسانیت محور در محبوبیت و ترویج فرهنگ اسلامی تلاش شود، و در درجه آخر نظارت بر رفتارهای کارکنان، دقیقتر و جدیتر شود.Impact of Islamic lifestyle in behavioral patterns with the police

In this study, we have tried to provide an appropriate context to understand the teachings of Islam and they are modeling. The research method id descriptive analytic this means that the behavioral characteristics of the debate (amiability and good words, good-tempered, avoid anger, justice, and righteousness, rectitude, honesty) from the perspective of religious sources of Islam, the Qur’an and the way of them and Hadiths of Imams explained and illustrated. Then the duties of the Police Act passed by the Islamic Republic, has been implemented. Finally, the influence of Islamic lifestyle in the duties of employees is analyzed. The results showed that employees should primarily a moral obligation of society committed to religious culture to recruit police. In second step employees’ livelihood and living needs are provided so that the needs and requirements of personnel do not make them commit an error. Thirdly, to explain the moral teachings and humanity centered in popularity and trying to promote Islamic culture and in the end more accurate monitoring employee behavior is more serious.
