چکیده
در این مقاله تلاش گردیده تا موضوع پیشگیری از جرائم و تخلفات مدیران و فرماندهان در راستای خود پایی (نظارت همگانی درونی) مورد بحث قرار گرفته و شاخصهای آن تبیین و الویتبندی گردد. این مقاله از نظر هدف کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی - پیمایشی انجام گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران و فرماندهان برخی از یگانهای مستقل ستادی است. ابزار گردآوری شامل مصاحبه با نخبگان ناجا و توزیع پرسشنامه میباشد. پرسشنامه در دو نوع و هر کدام با 14 گویه تدوین و پس از اطمینان از اعتبار و پایایی توزیع گردید. آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمده 89/0 میباشد. نتایج نشان داد در محور نظارت مدیران و فرماندهان بر شخص خودش عامل تقویت اعتقاد مدیران و فرماندهان به نظارت خالق با رتبه میانگین 58/9 در الویت اول بوده و در محور نظارت مدیران و فرماندهان بر زیرمجموعه عامل توجه فرماندهان و مدیران به اصل ولایت پذیری با رتبه میانگین 91/9 در الویت اول قرار گرفته است.Crime and Offence Prevention in the Light of Self-Monitoring (Internal Public Supervision)
In this article, the researcher has tried to discuss the issue of crime and offence prevention in managers and commanders in line with self-monitoring (internal public supervision) and determine and prioritize and its indices. The article has a functional goal and uses a descriptive-observational method. The population of the study included some of the managers and commanders of Iranian Police Command. The data collection tools included an interview and a survey. The questionnaire had two types with each having 14 items. It was distributed among the participants after confirming its validity and reliability. The Cronbach alpha coefficient achieved was .89. The results show that in the self-monitoring of managers’ and commanders’ belief in God’s observance with a mean of 9.58 had the highest place in their supervision over their staff the factor of Devine Obedience with a mean of 9.91 had the highest place.
