چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف سنجش نگرش مردم نسبت به وضعیت سلامت اداری در اردبیل( با تاکید بر کلانتری ها )انجام شده است.تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است . جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه افراد بالای 18 سال شهرستان اردبیلهستند که تعداد 400 نفر از آنان در دوگروه عموم مردم( با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند ) و مراجعین به کلانتری ها ( با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ) انتخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که پس از اطمینان از اعتبار و پایایی آن در در سطح شهرستان اردبیل اجرا شده است . برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از شاخص های مرکزی و پراکندگی ،آزمونهای t مستقل،تحلیل واریانس و لوین استفاده شده است . نتایج تحقیق نشان دادکه : بر اساس نگرش مردم اردبیلسلامت اداری در این شهر در وضعیت نسبتا مطلوب قرار دارد لیکن روند سلامت اداری در حال کاهش بوده و برخورد جامعه وحاکمیت با مصادیق فساد اداری در سطح شهر در سطح نامطلوب قرار دارد. همچنین از نظر مردم،بین وضعیت سلامت اداری کل ادارات و سازمانهای اردبیل با کلانتری های این شهر هیچ تفاوتی وجود ندارد.The Evaluation of Public’s View on Administrative Health in Ardebil (Focusing on Police Stations)
This study has been conducted with the purpose of measuring public’s view on administrative health in Ardebil (focusing on police stations). This study is practical concerning the purpose and descriptive-survey concerning the methodology. The statistic population of the study are all citizens over 18 in Ardebil city 400 of whom are selected from the public (through objective sampling) and those who have referred to the police stations (random sampling). The instrument to collect the data has been questionnaire which after being approved in terms of reliability and stability has been conducted in Ardebil city. In order to analyze the data central indicators, independent T tests, variance and Lovin analysis have been conducted. The results show that according to the public view in Ardebil the administrative health is rather desirable. However the process of administrative health is going down and the society and the government’s confrontation with this issue is not desirable. Also people believe that there is no difference between administrative health conditions in all organizations with those of police stations in this city.
